Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best. Spring rolls are lightly fried rice -paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasons morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs.

Vietnam is a country with a treasure is very rich festival. Inside, I like Mid-autumn festival best. This is the day children’s festival, also known as the “Festival looks Moon”. Mid-autumn Festival held in everywhere of Vietnam on 15th lunar month every year. Children are provided many kind of lantern. In some areas, people also held dragon dance, lion dance to the children happy. The children torch light everywhere and sing together. Adult serve feastby fruit, sweet and many kind of food, specialty is moon cakes. Moon cakes, which are made from flavor, dried fruit, meat, egg, pumpkin’s seed, peanut, are so sweet and good tasting. In many places, people also float lanterns to the river to pray lucky. While, children are waiting for the moon to rise, they sing, , dance and listen to the story of Hang Nga and Cuoi. Mid-Autumn celebration is also an opportunity for members of the family to get together and share everything in their year.

There is a famous animated film that I think everyone of us has seen at least once, and it is Tom and Jerry. Almost everyone is aware of the story between the miserable Tom and the mischievous mouse Jerry, and it also was part of my childhood memories. The film is about a life under the same roof between two enemies Tom and Jerry, and of course cat and mouse are always hard to get along with. Tom's owner is very afraid mouse, so she always asks Tom to catch the little mouse living in a cave that he digs on the wall. Tom is a quite lazy cat, and he often has to chase Tom so that he is not scolded by his owner or in exchange for a good meal. Sometimes, Jerry also makes mischievous jokes to tease Tom such as pull out his hair or steal his milk. Another character in the movie is the dog Spike, and he does not seem to like Tom at all. In the chasing scenes of the two main characters, they sometimes run to the garden - Spike's residence - and disturb his sleep. Most of the time, Tom would be the one who suffers Spike's anger while Jerry is having a big laugh. The plot is simple but the film Tom and Jerry always attracts a lot of audiences of all ages thanks to the lovely characters and funny circumstances. Although many years have gone by, the television channels have often displayed this film, and this is the indispensable spiritual food children.

Five years ago, I attended a very big festival in Ha Noi. It's called 1000th Anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi Festival. There are a lot of activities in this festival such as fireworks display, military parade, music performances, ect. It was organized very splendidly because the organizers are the Viet Nam government. Millions of people came to Ha Noi to participate in this great festival. It was held for ten days from October 1st 2015 to October 10th 2015. I saw lots of fireworks, parties, parades during these days. It was interesting. I took so many pictures on this festival because there were plenty of beautiful scenes. We organized this great festival to celebrate the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Ha Noi.

Tet is a national and family festival. It is an occasion for every Vietnamese to have a good time while thinking about the last year and the next year. At Tet, spring fairs are organized, streets and public buildings are brightly decorated and almost all shops are crowded with people shopping for Tet. At home, every is tidied, special food is cooked, offerings of food, fresh water, flowers and betel are made on the family altar with burning joss- sticks scenting the air. First-footing is made when the lucky visitor comes and children are given lucky money wrapped in a red tiny envelope. Tet is also a time for peace and love. During Tet, children often behave well and friends, relatives and neighbors give each other best wishes for the new year.

Mid_Autumn festival is one of the popular celebrations in the Viet Nam. Every year,it's on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. It's organized so that people celebrate the largest full moon in the year. In that festival, children wear masks, parade on the street have parties with special cakes and lots of fruits.

My family and I attended the Buffalo – fighting Festival in Do Son last year. This festival is held every year, on August 9^th according to Lunar calendar. The Buffalo – fighting Festival is held to remember the merits of gods, maintain the village discipline, to play for the prosperity and happiness for the local people. People played drum, danced and watched the buffalos. The drum sound and the scream of people urge the buffalo to play in a fierce way. Many buffalo owners, local people and tourists came to the festival. The festival was really fascinating and amazing.
