There are four people in my family, and I have the best family ever. My father is a businessman, so sometimes he has to go on business trips for a few days. My mother is a housewife, and she always takes care of our family as well as she can. Her delicious breakfast is a small joy for the rest of the family to start a wonderful day. My father usually says that he loses a couple of weight whenever he goes on his business trips because he misses her food. My older brother and I study at the same school, so every day he takes me to school by his bike. Usually he is my driver, but sometimes I am the one who ride him to school. He is a playful brother who considers happiness is playing some tricks on me, but he also protects and takes care of me if I have any problem. After school, we always help my mother with dinner and chores. We make my father guesses which dish is made by my mother and which dish is made by us, and he always the one who wins. Our family is very simple, but it is the best thing that I need to protect forever.

Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.

Spring rolls are lightly fried rice-paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.

Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.

To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.

I have a breakfast in the morning, a lunch is in the noon and a dinner is in the evening. In the morning, I often eat bread or rice and drinking fruit drink, sometimes i eat porridge. In the noon, I often eat rice with foods and in the evening, I eat rice with foods, too.

Sau bữa cơm, dọn dẹp xong, cả gia đình em lại ngồi bên chiếc bàn uống nước trong phòng khách. Những bộ ấm chén mới tinh được đặt bên cạnh chiếc đĩa hoa quả. Hôm nay, mẹ mua một quả dưa hấu to và đỏ. Mẹ bảo đây là quà chiêu đãi con gái về nhà. Quả thức là hạnh phúc vô cùng. Bởi dưa hấu là một trong những loại quả mà em yêu thích nhất. bố ngồi hỏi em xem chuyện học hành như thế nào, có cần bố giúp đỡ chuyện gì hay không.

Những lúc như thế này, trong lòng em lại dâng lên một niềm xúc động. Bố bảo con gái thì cần phải chú ý vào chuyện học hành sao cho sau này được thành đạt. em trai của em lúc này luôn ngoan ngoãn ngồi lắng nghe những gì mà bố nói. Bố kể những chuyện ngày xưa thời bố còn đi học. đó cũng là những kỉ niệm rất đẹp. Bổ luôn nói với chúng em rằng: điều hối hận nhất của bố ngày trước chính là việc đã không cố gắng học hết, bởi thể cho nên bố luôn cố gắng để cho hai chị em học hành. Tuy chiều con gái là thế, nhưng bố đối với em trai lại nghiêm khắc hơn rất nhiều. điều đó làm cho em cảm thật vô cùng vui sướng. không phải vì bố thiên vị ai đâu nhé. Chỉ vì bố bảo, con gái dễ nghe lời hơn, bố cũng lo lắng em trai của em mải chơi cùng các bạn mà quên đi chuyện học hành. Cho tới tận hôm nay, khi được nghe những lời tâm sự của bố, em mới cảm thấy thật là hạnh phúc và may mắn khi có được một người cha tuy ít nói, trầm tĩnh nhưng cức kì sâu sắc và một người mẹ dịu dàng, đảm đang, luôn hết long hi sinh vì chồng, vì con.

Cả gia đình quây quần bên nhau, cùng nhau tâm sự và kể cho nhau nghe những câu chuyện mà mình đã nhìn thấy, đã trải qua trong cuộc sống. tuy đó chỉ là những câu chuyện ngắn ngủi nhưng nó lại thể hiện sự quan tâm lẫn nhau trong một gia đình. Đây mới là điều đáng quý nhất trong cuộc sống mà có những khi ta mỏi mệt hay gặp những chuyện không vui thì gia đình sẽ là nơi ở bên và che chở cho ta trong suốt cuộc đời này.

Vì hôm nay có đông đủ mọi người nên mẹ tôi bắt một con gà trống rất to để làm thịt đãi mọi người. Riêng gà thì tôi khoái lắm một phần là gà nhà tôi thì khỏi chê một  phần la do gà nhà tôi chỉ khi được mẹ chế biến thì nó mới đậm chất vị ngon của gà. Thế nên tôi hăng hái đi làm gà với mẹ ngay. Chỉ một loáng sau chú gà đã được xử lí rất nhanh gọn  và đã được mẹ chế biến thành rất nhiều món hấp dẫn như gà luộc và cả gà rán nữa. Đúng sáu giờ tối thì cơm nước đã chuẩn bị gần như xong chỉ đợi mọi người về để ăn thôi. Hôm nay bố tôi nghỉ làm đồng sớm hơn mọi ngày để vào phụ mẹ một tay làm bếp. Mẹ tôi thì đang tranh thủ sào rau và rán gà còn tôi thì  đang đơm thức ăn ra đĩa. Riêng bố tôi thì được mẹ phân nhiệm vụ là chặt gà giúp mẹ. Hôm nay còn vui hơn nữa khi chị gái tôi gọi điện là chiều nay sẽ bắt xe từ Hà Nội về. Thế là bữa cơm hôm nay sẽ đông đủ hơn rất nhiều lần. Chỉ một lát sau thế là chị gái và anh rể đã đem xuống là không thể không đem theo thằng cò là đứa cháu mà tôi yêu quý nhất. Anh thì ngồi trên nhà ống nước với bố còn chị thì xuống xem mẹ con tôi còn việc gì không. Một lát sau thì chị gái tôi đã vầ ,lâu lắm rồi chị mới vầ nhà nên gặp được chị ai nấy cũng vui mừng cười vui không ngớt. Thế là đã đông đủ tất cả các thành viên ,chị em chúng tôi nhanh nhẹn bê tất cả các đồ ăn lên trên nhà để chuẩn bị cho bữa cơm cuối tuần. Thằng cò cũng nhanh nhẹn xuống mang giúp tôi ý bát. Gớm lâu  lâu không gặp mà nó đã lớn hơn rất nhiều mà nhanh nhẹn hơn hẳn. Nhìn cái điệu bộ hớn hở của nó là tôi biết chắc nó thích lắm vì lâu lắm rồi nó chưa xuống nhà tôi mà,phần vì nó phải đi học nhiều phần cũng vì nàh xa nên nó không được thường xuyên tới đây. Thế là chỉ một loáng đồ ăn đã được dọn sẵn lên. Đây chính là lúc mọi người chúng tôi quây quần bên mâm cơm ấm áp. Mọi người hỏi nhau rất nhiều chuyện. Chị gái tôi thì kể chuyện đi làm trên Hà Nội,và lâu rồi chị không về nên dường như chị chính alf tâm điểm của bữa cơm hôm nay. Rồi mẹ tôi hỏi chuyện học hành của thằng cò và công việc của hai vợ chồng anh chị,nghe chị tôi kể về những trò phá của nó mà cả nhà tôi bò lăn ra cười. Nghịch là thế nhưng tôi phải công nhận rằng nó rất thông minh và học giỏi nữa. Mới học lớp một thôi mà nó đã có rất nhiều huy chương của tỉnh. Nhắc đến việc học của nó mẹ tôi lại nhắc đến việc học hành của tôi luôn. Tôi ngại đến đỏ cả mặt xấu hổ vì không bằng thằng thằng cháu. Thấy  thế chị tôi cũng nói đỡ cho tôi và cuộc nói chuyện lại được chuyển sang chủ đề khác. Tôi thấy mình đâu đến nỗi tệ đâu chỉ là do thằng cháu tôi nó quá giỏi thôi mà.

Mẹ tôi gắp thức ăn cho hai chị nhắc hai chị không sống với mẹ thì phải ăn uống cho tốt đừng để bị ốm,tôi cũng thấy thương hai chị lắm bởi nhìn chị gầy hơn nhiều thấy thế tôi cũng dành những miếng ngon gắp cho thằng cháu và cả chị nữa. Và rồi cứ thế mọi người ăn uống nói chuyện ,tiếng cười nói vang lên không ngớt làm chung tôi dường như quên đi tất cả mọi lo nghĩ và bây giờ đối với chúng tôi chỉ có gai đình mà thôi. Khoảng chừng một tiếng sau chúng tôi đều đã ăn rất no,ăn xong tôi và chị nhanh chóng thu dọn bát đĩa,anh tôi thì lại tiếp tục nói chuyện uống nước với bố còn chúng tôi thì đi rửa bát. Mẹ tôi thì chuẩn bị một số thức ăn để cho thằng cò mang về. Chẳng mấy chốc đã chín giờ tối mẹ tôi giục thằng cò không chơi nữa chuẩn bị còn về. Khổ thân nó đang chơi dở nó chẳng muốn về tẹo nào. Chị tôi phải thí nó là mai lại xuống nó mới chịu về.

Thế là một buổi chiều thứ bảy ý nghĩa đã kết thúc,trong tôi vẫn còn nguyên cái tâm trạng  sum họp của gia đình tôi. Tôi mong sao những buổi sum họp cuối tuần như thế này sẽ  thường xuyên đông đủ  như thế này bởi những dịp như thế này khiến chúng tôi thêm yêu quý hiểu gia đình mình hơn.

It's my Longevity ceremony of my grandparents. So, all of members in my family present enough. And I very happy, I want to cook a dish for people. I make some muffin coffee cakes.

You need to prepare these materials:

- three hundred grams of flour.

- fifteen grams of baking powder.

- one gram salt

- one hundred and seventy grams of sugar.

- two hundred milliliters of Non-sugar fresh milk.

- fifty grams black chocolate

- thirty milliliters of black coffee.

- two eggs.

- ninety grams cooking oil.

Make these cakes:

Step 1: pour all of the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt into the bowl. Mix .

Step 2: Chopped chocolate and put on the bowl. Boild two hundred grams of fresh milk, until milk is hot, put milk into the bowl containing chocolate. Mix until chocolate soluble then put coffee into the bowl and mix with coffee with chocolate. Cool down.

Step 3: Beat the eggs and put it slowly into the chocolate and coffee bowl. Add cooking oil, afterthat mix until the material blended.

Step 4: Put mixture in step three into mixture in step one, then use a smoon stirring the mixture till the mixture enough wet.

Step 5: Heat the oven at one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius for about five minutes. Then pour the mixture into the mold and grilled for about twenty-twenty five minutes.

Step 6: Get these muffin coffee cakes out of the oven, wait for the cake to cool and eat them.

My family is really enjoying my muffin coffee cakes and so do I.

There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really like the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

I to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

Des Moines is the capital of Iowa. Life here is upbeat but not too busy. Everyone that is born and raised in Iowa is very relaxed and kind. We love to say hi and help one another and we love cars. Generally, traffic is pretty good. We don't have a lot of traffic jams. However, during rush hours, you cannot move an inch on the interstate because everyone is trying to get on and off. This usually creates chaos and a huge traffic jam. In Des Moines, we have all kinds of jobs, from white to blue-collar jobs. Inside downtown, we usually have white-collar jobs. The father away from downtown, the more blue-collar jobs we have. Due to the huge population of immigrants, the city of Des Moines is also very diverse. This diversion births a hub of mulultural foods. Driving down Douglas Ave, you can see different kinds of foods from many cultures, such as Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian, Hispanic, American, Indian, Burmese, etc. One day you can have Chinese, the next day Indian. In Iowa, Des Moines is the most diverse and busiest city. It houses many families from many different countries and still able to keep American culture and values.
