My future house is in the sky. That’s a pretty pink house which consists of 6 rooms in totally: a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are a white leather sofa, a television and a sideboard in the living room. After dinner, my father will turn on the television, choose a great movie and we watch it happily. Next to the living room is the kitchen where is used for cooking and enjoying the meals. In the middle of the room is a dinner table which is made from wood. Three cookers, a refrigerator and all the necessary stuff for cooking is arranged carefully in the right corner of the room. In the left of the kitchen is a clean toilet. Beside the toilet is the bathroom which is equipped a shower and a bathtub. There are only two rooms upstairs that is my parents’ room and my private room. I’ve decorated my bedroom with adorable wallpaper and many lovely stuffed animals. A single bed is placed next to the window so that I can see the sky in the might night before falling asleep. In the opposite of the bed are my desk and my bookshelf that contain many kinds of book. There are also a piano in my bedroom. I especially love the piano because that was the gift from dad in my birthday. In every Christmas or Tet holiday, all member of my family ornament the house together and then gather in the kitchen to cooking. Although my house is not too big but to me that is the most beautiful house in the world.

Hay Pháp nổi tiếng với những món bánh cupcake thơm ngậy. Ẩm thực là một nét văn hóa đặc trưng mà không quốc gia nào có được. Ẩm thực cũng là một đặc điểm thu hút du khách. Ẩm thực Việt trong con mắt du khách luôn tạo một sự hứng thú và tò mò. Một trong những điểm thu hút khách du lịch tại Việt Nam chính là nền âm thực ấy.

Là một món ăn truyền thống của người Việt, bánh chưng (bánh tét) được ví như linh hồn của bữa cơm ngày trọng đại, đặc biệt là ngày tết. Bánh chưng được người Việt sáng tạo ra gắn liền với sự tích bánh chưng bánh giầy. Sự tích liên quan đến một vị vua Hùng đời thứ sáu. Ông đã nghĩ ra cách chế biến bánh chưng và bánh giầy để dâng lên vua cha và được nhường ngôi. Từ đó đến nay, bánh chưng đã trở thành món ăn quen thuộc của các gia đình mỗi dịp tết đến xuân về. Bánh chưng được làm một cách khá cầu kì. Đầu tiên là chọn nguyên liệu để làm bánh. Nguyên liệu làm bánh bao gồm lá rong, gạo nếp, đỗ xanh, thịt ba chỉ, lạt buộc, một số gia vị thông thường, đạc biệt không thể thiếu hạt tiêu. Trước tiên là lá rong. Lá rong là một loại lá được trồng rất nhiều ở miền bắc Việt Nam. Lá có màu xanh đậm, gân lá vòng cung rõ ràng, thường mọc thành từng bụi. Lá to có thể dài đến 80 cm. Lá có hình quạt. Lá rong dùng để làm vỏ bánh. Bởi tính chất dai khi nấu chín, đặc biệt là có mùi thơm và màu xanh bắt mắt, nên lá rong được chọn để làm vỏ của bánh chưng. Lá rong khi cắt hoặc mua sẽ được đem hơ qua lửa (nướng qua) hoặc phơi nắng cho mềm, tránh rách khi gói bánh. Sau đó, lá rong tiếp tục được cắt bớt cuống lá cũng như sống gân lá chính giữa và rửa sạch. Vậy là nguyên liệu để làm vỏ bánh đã sơ chế xong. Tiếp theo đến phần bánh. Đầu tiên là gạo nếp. Gạo nếp là một loại gạo có hàm lượng amilopectin rất cao khoảng 90% chính vì vậy nó làm cho gạo nếp khi được nấu chín sẽ rất dẻo, đặc biệt có mùi thơm rất hấp dẫn. Dựa vào tính chất này nên người ta chọn gạo nếp để làm bánh chưng. Gạo nếp sẽ được ngâm trong nước khoảng 5 tiếng, sau đó vo sạch, nêm muối vừa ăn. GẠo là thế, đỗ xanh cũng được chuẩn bị kĩ càng. Đỗ xanh là loại đỗ có màu vàng tươi, rất thơm khi nấu chín. Thường người gói bánh sẽ chọn loại đỗ xanh đã bóc vỏ để tiết kiệm thời gian sơ chế. Loại đỗ này rất dễ dàng mua được tại các siêu thị cũng như cửa hàng tạp hóa. Đỗ sau khi mua về sẽ được ngâm với nước khoảng 6 đến 7 tiếng để nở hoàn toàn. Nguyên liệu tiếp theo kể đến là thịt ba chỉ. Thịt ba chỉ se được cắt miếng mỏng nhưng vuông, cạnh chừng 4 đến 5 cm tùy bánh to hay nhỏ. Thịt được ướp với gia vị thông thường và hạt tiêu. Hạt tiêu sẽ giúp miếng thịt đậm đà, thấm gia vị, thơm và đặc biệt là trung hòa các vị của gia vị khác khiến cho miếng thịt không bị ngậy quá. Nguyên liệu cuối cùng là lạt buộc. Lạt buộc được làm từ tre dẻo, thân tre chẻ mỏng rất dai, được mang đi ngâm nước hoặc luộc qua cho mềm dễ buộc. Lạt buộc được dùng để cố định bánh lại khi luộc. Nếu không có lạt buộc chiếc bánh không thể được hoàn tất. Sau khi sơ chế các nguyên liệu làm bánh, sẽ đến giai đoạn gói bánh.

Gói bánh chưng cần sự tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận cũng như khéo léo của người gói. Bánh sau khi gói phải vuông, lá không bị rách, không chặt quá cũng không lỏng quá. Đầu tiên, trải một lớp lá, tiếp đến là gạo nếp, lớp tiếp theo là đỗ xanh, rồi đến thịt lợn, rồi đỗ xanh, cuối cùng là gạo. Sau đó người gói sẽ dùng tay của mình gói cho lá rong bao chọn lấy phần nhân bánh, gấp cho vuông lại, cuối cùng là dùng lạt buộc cố định. Cái khó là ở chỗ, người gói phải nới lỏng sao cho bánh vuông mà không bị chặt quá cũng hư lỏng quá. Bởi nếu chặt quá, phần bánh sẽ chín không đều hoặc dẫn đến bánh không chín được. Còn nếu lỏng quá, các lớp nguyên liệu của bánh sẽ không cố định và lẫn lộn vào nhau gây mất thẩm mĩ cũng như mất ngon. Gói bánh có được đẹp hay không là dựa vào tay nghê của người gói bánh. 

Công đoạn gói bánh đã xong đến khâu cuối cùng nhưng không kém phần quan trọng. Đó chính là luộc bánh. Bánh chỉ ngon khi được nấu bằng củi khô, trong một nồi gang to và dày. Nấu bánh chưng thường rất lâu, khoảng 6 tiếng đông hồ. Bởi bánh cần được chín đều và mềm. Lửa để nấu bánh cũng không quá to lửa mà chỉ liu riu nhỏ. BÁnh khi được nấu chín sẽ được để nguội định hình lại hình dạng bánh và được sắt ra đĩa để mọi người cùng thưởng thức. Bóc vỏ bánh ra ta sẽ thất một màu xanh rất đẹp và mùi thơm hấp dẫn. Cắt bánh ra sẽ thấp từng lớp từng lớp nhân bên trong cực hấp dẫn, miếng thịt thơm béo ngậy, lớp gạo nếp chín mềm dẻo ngọt thơm lừng. Tất cả hòa quyện với nhau tạo nên một hương vị truyền thống. 

Ngày xưa, bánh chưng chỉ có mặt mỗi dịp tết đến xuân về. Nhưng ngày nay, bất cứ lúc nào cũng có thể nhìn thấy hình ảnh chiếc bánh chưng. Cứ đến dịp lễ hội hoặc ngày trọng đại như cưới hỏi, bánh chưng có thể được đem vào thực đơn của mâm cơm gia đình. Bánh chưng rất nhiều chất dinh dưỡng, hàm lượng calo cao.
