There are too many people using the roads, especially in rush hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home. Another problem is poor road conditions. Traffic problems in Vietnam are on an alarming level. Tet is the most important holiday of Viet Nam.And because it is the most important, the traffic is more complicated.Before the holiday,people have to prepare for it.Many people catch buses,taxis,trains or even planes from everywhere in Viet Nam and forgein countries back to their beloved homes;some even have to ride their motorbikes with their children back home inspite of the long way;...just to reunite with their families to celebrate Tet.That why the street are full of motorbikes,buses,taxis,cars,...Also,people sell alot on this holiday,such as:kumquat trees,apricot or peach blossoms,fruit,incense,...So,it is not save to pass or ride vichles on the street.But,everything change when we begin to celebrate Tet on the first day.The road are clear and not much vichles are seen.It is quite save after all.But,don't jump out of the road without purpose and be careful.

Bicycle is one of means of transport that I most. It is very convenient and good for health. Riding a bicycle, I can develop a strong heart and muscular limbs. Using a bike for transportation also can help you lose weight and improve your overall health. In city or countryside, when you ride bicycle, you don’t need to worry about parking problems and can save money on fuel. Morever, bicycle is only means of transport which  doesn’t pollute the environment. That are some reasons why I bicycle for transportation.

In Ha Noi, the number of death by traffic accident is considered as large as the number of death by plague. There's about more than 30 people die everyday.

With the traffic conditions in Ha Noi, accident is object to happen. The roads are too narrow to travel easily. Moreover, many pot-holes can appear everywhere to threaten the goers. On the roads, there're sometimes the illogical roundabouts. They are not only useless, but also make the traffic more chao. To solve this problem, we only have one way, it's improving the road. However, it is impossible for the government to widen the roads because of limited land. Whenever theroads are repaired, the traffic is more dangerous with the unfinished structures. People still travel on the repairing roads, and the roads are more and more narrow. We also can build the tunnels but it is very costly. Viet Nam has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, Ha Noi is a monsoonal tropical country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, the roads are flooded because all the waste pipes are stuck by rubbish and become very dirty.

In addition, the tense of Ha Noi people is poor. The roads in the cities are choked with so many vehicles such as motorbikes, bicycles, taxies, buses, cyclos and pedestrians because people do not follow the laws well. They even don't obey the traffic lights or signs. Children are taught about traffic laws while adults are breaking it. Now, the government gives many new strict laws to improve the present posture. Polices are more active than they used to. Everyone travel on

motorbike wears helmet naturally without any enforcement. The traffic is better and better day by day.

In conclusion, with many measures now, the traffic in Ha Noi will be good one day. The poor conditions Ha Noi can solve this problem by the development of economic.

Trong mùa mưa, những con đường đang bị ngập lụt bởi vì tất cả các ống dẫn chất thải đang bị mắc kẹt bởi rác và trở nên rất bẩn.

Ngoài ra, tình hình của người Hà Nội nói chung là nghèo. Các con đường trong thành phố đều đông nghẹt với rất nhiều loạixe như xe máy, xe đạp, taxi, xe buýt, xe xích lô và người đi bộ bởi vì người dân không tuân theo các qui định. Họ thậm chí không tuân theo đèn giao thông hoặc các dấu hiệu. Trẻ em được dạy về luật giao thông trong khi người lớn đang phávỡ nó. Bây giờ, chính phủ đưa ra nhiều luật lệ nghiêm ngặt mới để cải thiện tình hình hiện tại. Công an luôn tích cực hơnso với trước đây. I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

Traffic accidents do not spare anyone. It is a burning problem in the whole society. Each person must protect themselves when participating in traffic. As for me, I protect myself by strictly complying with the traffic laws set forth by the State. We all have to know how to follow the orders of the police and traffic laws so that there will be no more traffic accidents.
