Bài 2 :

On summer holiday, I often go back to my hometown and I have seen many changes in this rural area over the years.

The most impressive change is in education. Recently, there are more schools rebuilt nearby and they are all better equipped. This summer, my hometown friends and I enjoy reading different kinds of books and comics in the new library. This change makes my stay here a lot more enjoyable.

Means of communication is the second big change I can see in the area. In the past, the common way to contact somebody faraway was to write letters by hand. Nowadays, thanks to mobile phones and even social networks, the locals can keep in touch more easily.

However, the negative change in the environment is something I dislike. Vast paddy fields where the children used to fly kites no longer exist. Instead, a new industrial zone appears. Worse, factories in the zone are polluting the river and make it too dirty for us to swim in.

My hometown changes so much. The first change is life of local people. They have a better life because they have electricity, TV, hospital, schools nearby the village. The second change is the people There are more people and more houses here. The houses are more modern in brick not by soil anymore. The last change is the place for children to play. There is a park in the village.

Bài làm 2 :

I live in a mountainous village. My parents often tell me stories about their life in the past. It’s not much like the village I can see nowadays. Some villagers now live in brick houses instead of earthen ones. Our houses are better equipped with electric fans and TVs. Thanks to the TV, we now know more about life outside our village. We don’t use oil lamps any more. We have electric lights which are much brighter. More villagers are using motorcycles for transport instead of riding a horse or walking. We — village children — no longer have to waik a long way and cross a stream to get to school, which is dangerous in the rainy season. Now there’s a new school nearby. We also have more visitors from the city. They come to experience our way of life.

I have left my hometown for 15 years when I was 10 years old. Yesterday I had an occasion to turn back my hometown .I was really surprised at the change of my hometown. The roads in my memory were small, rough, and have many potholes, but nowadays, it was widened,. It is large and the two roadsides they plant a lot of trees. The house was made of brick, which was small in the past but nowadays it have changed a lot. The building prings up like mush rooms. It is very beautiful and spacious. I went to my old school. OW, I seemed incredible. It has been changed completely. It was upgraded and spacious. At the center of the hometown there is a big superment, in the past there was a small shop. Villages are a beauty and today`s generation is really missing the beauty of villages. Villages are so silent and calm and pollution free. Though I live in a city with the maddening crowd and sound, my parents used to live in villages and I have been there many times. Both my parents come from villages, and I look forward to go their places during my vacations. It is so calm and peaceful and the beauty of nature is just fantastic. With not many families around, they know each other so well, that they all almost live like a large family. You could step into your neighbor’s house at any time and you would be welcomed with yummy dishes and snacks. Though the transportation has advanced, there are still places where you need to walk.I remember, while visiting my grandmother’s place, we had to walk through the paddy fields to reach her home!! It was such an experience that I guess very few, who are of my age would have hadThe backwaters are another beauty to the villages. You have small streams that club to the lakes and backwaters. This stream water is so fresh and crystal clear. You could walk through them and the cool water just rushes over your feet and makes you feel so cool. Hours could be spent by simply sitting and admiring the beauty of nature. The sunset is a beautiful scene to be viewed.

I was born in a quiet village where the influence of the city is not much. It is a very good place for relaxation indeed.
In my village, people live very close to each another. The people are very simple in thought and behavior. Therefore they are friendly and helpful . So, the crimes of the city are almost unknown in my village. The people work together and live in peace. I love them.
My village is surrounded by paddy-fields and a river. All these add great beauty and variety to my village scene. Although I do not like growing rice, but I really like the fields. It makes me have a good mood, a peace mood and a relaxed mood. Living among such friendly and simple people, in such a quiet village, is indeed a real pleasure.

Although it is not as famous as Da Lat, Bao Loc town still attracts visitors thanks to the rustic beauty of the scenery.

Bao Loc is located on Highway 20, about 110 km from the city of Da Lat and 190 km from Ho Chi Minh City. Like Da Lat, Bao Loc has a variety of terrain, consisting of high mountains, steep hills and valleys. In the early morning, the city is covered by mist.

The first sunlight of the day through the mist brings glamor to the highlands city. Here, you can enjoy many types of climate on the same day.
Bao Loc impresses visitors with its green color everywhere.

The climate and soil conditions of the plateau give a special flavour to Bao Loc tea. You should not forget to taste the acrid sweet tea.

There are also flower roads in Bao Loc.

The most popular flower there is ken hong, which blooms in April-June.

Bao Loc is peaceful at night. Tourists can also discover Dambri Waterfall and play adventure games.
