Nowadays, the health is important because if we have a good health, we can make any things in our life. However, it isn't really easy to have a good health. For me, I have some ideas to keep a good health.

Firstly, if we usually do exercise, we will be strongly. Doing exercise is good because it helps our body to relax. So, we are comfortable to go to school or go to work. Besides, it also helps us avoid illness. For exam, when we do exercise in the morning, we can breathe fresh air.

Secondly, we eat many vegetables which help us to live in lifelong. Green vegetable contain many types of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B so on. Besides, it also supports a lot of fibers which reduces cholesterol in blood.

In conclusion, there are many of methods to keep a good health. For me, doing exercise and eating a lot of vegetables are the most important because they bring many benefits for health. I think we have to make it everyday to have a good health.

Ha Long Bay is in Quang Ninh Province. It is about 1056 kilometres from Binh Duong, so you can get there by train, by plane or by car.Ha Long Bay hass many islands and historic caves.And Tuan Chau is the biggest islands in it. I to visit it because there, you can eat seafood- it is delecious, but you must take a boat trip around the islands. At night, you can play interesting activies in the beach. last year, I went to Ha Long Bay,it's very fun. Ha Long Bay is Vietnam's most beauti ful natural wonder.

Hoan Kiem Lake means "Lake of the Returned Sword". The lake is the heart of Ha Noi capital. There is a legend about the name of this lake The lake is considered the center of Hanoi, not only physically but also symbolically. In fact, the more you spend time learning about the lake, the more special it becomes.

The tale goes that a King came across a shining metal bar when he visited his friend. It turned out that his friend caught the bar in one of his attempts for fish. The King asked for the bar, brought it home and moulded it into a sword. All of a sudden, there was two words printed on the sword “Thuan Thien” (harmonious with heaven). The King then understood that the sword was a gift from heaven. He used it for the battle against the war with China.

I'd to visit The Great Wall of China.I saw it on the TV and so many book about it.Since then, I've always dreamed of traveling there.The Great Wall is the most longest in the China.There are cable cars for people to see the Wall. I hope that during my visit to China, I will take the cars and discover the most popular parts of the Wall.And I'm sure that when I grow up I will be able to see the Great Wall of China with my own eyes

I find it useful because of some reasons. Firstly, it is a communication device that helps to keep in touch with everyone. Most laptops these days are already featuring microphone along with its web camera and help us get instant answer. The personal device I often use is my smartphone. It can help us update information around the world and domestic information.        My favourite leisure activity is reading. I like reading because it is a hobby that is useful and interesting: it's useful because you can find a lot of knowledge of all areas that you need; it's interesting because the books can give you the joy and help you relax after a day of toil, etc... Especially, when you join in the forum, you can meet a lot of people who have interests similar to yours, comment on the books or novels that interest you. I love books and also natural as reading books. When I was ten , I was awarded "The Scarlet Sails" of Alexandre Green by my grandfather. It is the first book that I have been. I read it many times. Up to now, I still love it and occasionally read it again. My love for books begun. I usually spend almost of free time choosing book with my friends, participate in dicussion on the forum and reading . Every weekend and all holidays when I have no work to do, I often read books and ruminate on it. I also help some friends select the genres of books that they like. I always hope that I will have my own library in my future. I love books very much and perhaps, I couldn't live without them.

Nowaday, traffic problem is the biggest problem that many people care about. In VN, I think the city where have the worst traffic is Ha noi. 
The first problem is the traffic jam here. Why? In the rush hours of the day, there're too many people using the road. Last year, in 2013, many bridges was built so it happen less but in order to stop this, a kind of small car should be invented, people should go to works by buses instead of going by motorbikes...  
The second one, as you know, the roads in VN is not as big and clean as the roads in the big countries. They're narrow, bumpy and some dirty so it’s really hard for the road users to drive safely. I think we should raise money to make the road in VN better and better.  
But everyone knows that Vietnamese people are not respect and don’t follow the traffic rules. That’s the biggest reason for everything. They wear the helmet that not strong enough to keep they safe if the accident may happen, they ride too fast on the small roads… The traffic will never can be improve if they keep doing this.  
At the end, I hope the traffic in VN will improve more.
