Let me tell you about my family. I live with my mum, my dad and my big sister. We live in Ho Chi Minh city. My mum's name is Linh. She's short and slim, she's got long, black hair and brown eyes. She's a teacher. My dad's name is Nam. He's tall and a little fat! He's got short brown hair and blue eyes. He works in a bank. My sister Huyen is 14 and she loves listening to music. She listens to music all the time! She's got long brown hair and greeen eyes, me. I've got long hair too. We've got a pet dog, Kiki. He's black and wwhite and very friendly. I love my family very much.

There are four people in my family: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a 45-year-old engineer. He spends most of his time in the building sites. That’s why he has a tanned skin. As soon as he comes home, he turns on the television to watch the news, relaxes for a while and then he takes a shower. In case my mother doesn’t cook for the dinner yet, my father is very happy to join hand and help her. Talk about my mother, she is a 40-year-old primary school teacher. In every morning, she is the one who wakes up earliest to prepare the breakfast, clothes and necessary things for my father, me and my sister. After we leave home to work or study, my mother will have a quick breakfast and drive to the primary school. After school, she runs fast to the market, buys some fresh food and backs to home to cook lunch. My father doesn’t come home in the noon so only three of us eat and talk to each other during lunch. However, the lunch is still prepared very scrupulous. In general, my mother is a gentle caring woman and sometimes she is very strict. I have a younger sister who will be 8 years old in the next October. My sister is pretty, docile and hard study. On every weekend, I take her to the park to have fun and we will buy some tasty ice creams. We quite close and sometimes she makes me very angry because of her negligent habit. The last person in my family is me. I am studying in the second year of Business Administration major at Hong Bang University. My schedule is changed frequently and I am also trying to get a scholarship to study abroad in Canada next year so I don’t spend much time to my family. But any time when I am free I try to help my mother in household chores and take care of my sister. In my family, each person has a different responsibility but we always stand together to enjoy happiness moments, overcome the difficult time and solve the problems. I understand that there is nothing that is more important than my family. I love my parents and my lovely sister so much.

Hi guys , my name's Thuong , I'm eleven years old .Today,  I can tell you about 'my family'. I'm live in a peaceful village with my mum,dad and younger sister . Everyday, I go to this school and meet my friends, all people are my best friends, we're love read books together, play, and listen to music everyweek.Sunday, it's busy day because in Saturday, I sleep and talk with friends. In the scholl, I study so much, math, science, History, English , Vietnamese,... I can sleep when I study. I try alot, if I lazy, my teachers are sad. Hello. My name is Long. I'm twelve years old. I'm a student at Le Dinh Chinh primary school. My school has a canteen where we can buy food and drink. In the central of the school, there is a flag hole. It is not very tall. It is surrounded by trees and green fence. Under the trees, there are many stone chairs where the students eat and talk at the break time . The air is fresh. The schoolyard and football yard are very large. In my school, there are about 25 rooms, 800 students, a gym and 20 teachers. The hall is very large, too. The teachers are very interested in students, friendly and very clever. The students are very sporty and friendly. In each classroom, there are 18 desks, 18 tables, a big board, a waste basket and a lot of pictures on the wall. Some of its is the picture of uncle Ho. It's very beautiful. Every Monday morning, we salute the flag in the school yard. In the school, I have a lot of friends. They all very kind and good. We are always best friend. I love my school very much because the teachers and the students are very good.

I often call Tuy An Primary School is my second home.

School children, though not very large but very spacious and clean. High school entrance and spacious, the two sides is the flower corridor leads straight to the playground and the classroom.

My best friend is someone special whom I can share my all feelings. He is John. He lives with me as my neighbour in the same colony. We met each other in the nursery class on the very first day. We sit together in the classroom and share everything very happily without any problem. We know each other very well as well as understand each other’s need. He is leadership in nature, tall, fair in complexion, good looking and smart. He is very good in studies and behaves well with everyone. He does his class work and homework very attentively. He is favourite student of class teacher as he is very punctual and follows all the etiquettes.

He respects my feelings and helps me always. Many things of us hobbies, s, diss, etc are similar. We love to listen music, watching cartoons and playing carom at home. We take care of each other in the school and playground. We share school copies and help each other whenever one of us remain absent in the school. We go at tour and picnic with our parents together in every winter and summer vacation.

Surrounded by a paddy-field, it enjoys lined- trees and colorful garden, which creates a wonderful view. Moreover, this school was designed with a large- scale plan. It is a 2 storied building of u shape with capacity of 1000 people and it was invested heavily in infrastructures with well- equipped classrooms. In a good environment, students are given many precious chances to discover and develop their inner talents. Besides modern facilities, this school is also well- known for enthusias and qualified teachers who are always dedicated and devoted themselves to teaching career. In conclusion, studied in this school for four years, it has become an indispensable part in my life.

I was born and grown up on the poor land in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province. That’s where deeply attaches to me 24 years of life. If anyone who asks me that “What’s the thing your most proud of?” .I will answer that’s my hometown. Duc Tho is the land poor where the people live by rice cultivation, breeding, and fishing. Although the life is very difficult, but the people is very friendly, and studious. In Duc Tho, there is a Tung Anh village where called “Doctor village”. Duc Tho is also the home of Tran Phu Secretary General, and marked many memories of the great leader Ho Chi Minh.

If you come to Duc Tho, you will feel many interesting things, visiting Tran Phu tombstone, La Giang dyke, rowing on La driver, and enjoying the traditional songs. In the evening, they can enjoy a special food which is “mussel rice” – just only eat one time, you will never forget.

Beautiful and unobtrusive! Duc Tho always tries to grow, and to improve the life of people, but keeping the traditional culture.

My hometown is Hanoi, the capital city of the Vietnam. It is located in North of Vietnam, on the Red River. It is well known around the world for its amazing history, architecture, food and landscape. I think what makes my hometown special is that you can meet all kinds of people there since it is a melting pot of hundreds of different communities, cultures and languages.

The advantages of living in Hanoi are high employment prospects, wide range of things to do, such as cultural and social activities and so on. Some of the main industries in Hanoi are tourism, retail, finance, creative industries, education, banking…. So the job opportunities are good, and it’s quite easy to travel around Hanoi on buses.

However, one of the main downsides of Hanoi is the cost of living. Rent and travel costs are some of the highest in the country, so any advantage of higher income is usually cancelled out by higher living costs. If you don’t crowds, you’d better stay away from the city center.

Hanoi also faces environmental problems such as air pollution, caused by heavy traffic. It also struggles social problems such as overcrowding and homelessness, and even in some areas, social tensions.  However, Hanoi is more cosmopolitan and much larger than many other city in the Vietnam. It is a beautiful city.

Students in my school are very good. They come from around Bac Ninh city. Our teachers teach very well. At school, I learn many subject such as : Math, Literature, English, Art, Music,...In Math lessons, I learn how to count. In English classes, I learn how to speak English. In Music lessons, I sing songs. In Art classes, I draw pictures. So on...In all subject, I English best because it's very interesting and important for me. At breaks, I have a lots activities : skipping rope, hiding and seeking, chatting with friends, so on...Each day at school is a happy day. I love my school very much.

Everyone has a place to be born, grow, grow and go far away, always remembering. That place is home. Quê hương em có cánh đồng lúa bao la, chạy dài bạt ngàn mà em chưa đi hết. Mẹ bảo đi hết cánh đồng lúa này còn xa lắm nên em chưa dám đi bao giờ. Vào mùa lúa chín màu vàng ươm của lúa khiến cho em có cảm giác như một tấm thảm màu vàng bất tận. Có những chú trâu cần mẫn gặm cỏ trên những triền đê cao và dài. Nơi đó chúng em có thể nằm im và ngắm bầu trời có mây trôi, ngắm mặt trời lặn mỗi khi mặt trời đổ xuống dãy núi cao cao kia.

My parents’ hometown is Long An, but I was born and raised up in Ho Chi Minh City. People usually call it Saigon, and it is the biggest city of Vietnam. It has a lot of fascinating buildings and constructions since it is a modern and developing city. What I love about Saigon is that all the new and old things are perfectly harmonized. Behind the skyscrapers are the small alleys which contain a slower lifestyle and traditional values. My friends and I have a lot of places to go in our free time such as Nguyen Hue walking street, Tao Dan Park, Dam Sen Water Park, Suoi Tien theme park, and many other places which tourists usually visit. Besides the view, it can be said that Saigon is one of the food heaven that people should not miss when they come to Vietnam. We can find almost all kind of Vietnamese cuisine here, and we can enjoy featuring foods on floating restaurants on Saigon River. I love Saigon a lot, because both the people and the city itself are nice to me and whoever wants to visit it.
