My name is Mai, I am now a student in a high school in District 5 of Ho Chi Minh city. My family has 3 people, and they are my parents and I. I have one special thing which makes me different from my friends is that I have not lived with my parents since I was 12 years old, but I live with my grandmother. My name is Quang, and I am the only son in my family. I am a 4th – year law student, and I am currently studying in Ho Chi Minh City. My little family has four people, and we live in Vinh Long province. The house is always filled with my dad’s laughter, my mother’s warm voice and my sister’s playfulness.

My father is a retired police officer, and he is working as a defense education teacher in our local high school. Perhaps he had to due with years of hard training in the military; my father is finally comfortable to show his humor in the teaching environment. In the first look, he is a tough man; but actually he is very emotional and funny. Dad is a solid pillar and a great spiritual supporter for the whole family.

Despite working hard, she always made time to teach us many useful things which are necessary and important in our later lives. Moreover, she is a good role model for me to follow. She always tries to get on well with people who live next door and help everyone when they are in difficulties, so most of them respect and love her. I admire and look up to my mother because she not only brings me up well but also stands by me and gives some help if necessary. For example, when I encounter some difficulties, she will give me some precious advice to help me solve those problems. She has a major influence on me and I hope that I will inherit some of her traits.

My mother is the one who I love most in my life. For what she’s done, she deserved with the whole world. My mother is a 43-year-old household wife. She’s tall, slim and especially she has a beautiful long black hair. She always smile thus everyone consider her a friendly person. My mom loves every members of the family with all her heart.
