=> I live in Ho Chi Minh city.
2. Do you like living in the city or in the countryside?
=> I like living in the city.
3. Why do you like living there?
=> Because living in the city it's full of amenities and not quiet like the countryside.
4. What things do you like / dislike about life in the city?
=> I like it because I can have many friends, more things to study and I like skycraper buildings with the most advanced technology products. But I don't like the living environment in the city, and the city always noisy and crowded.

1. What is the name of the ethnic minority?
=> The Kinh, Tay, Hmong, Cham, Ho-me,...
2. Where do they live?
=> They live in the midland, mountains areas, city, or the countryside.
3. How many festivals are there?
=> There are a lot of festival here like: New Year, Lunar New Year, Independence Day,...

TOPIC 4: OUR CUSTOMS AND TRADITIONS

- Can you tell some customs and traditions in your family / in your country? What should/ shouldn't you do?
=> Custom and traditions in my country: Tet holiday, Lunar New Year,...
I should: make Chung cakes, harvest early spring, receive red lucky money and give red lucky money,...
I shouldn't: saying unhappy things, abstain from sweeping the house and picking trash for 3 days, break furniture in the house, wish Tet on the first morning,...

I prefer to live in a city because i think that life in a city is always more exciting and more comfortable than life in a country or in a small town.
First of all, in cities there is usually something to do or somewhere to go. In the city there is a large access to education an there is easier to find good and ineresting job. Moreover there is a good selection of cinemas, galeries, theaters or restaurants, where people can spand their free time. There is always something interesting and it is impossible to be bored.

In the cities, there are a lot of good shops where we can do the shopping easily and quickly. Moreover there are many sports facilities such as swimming pools, gym halls or tennis courts where people can spend their free time and practis their favourite sports.
Young people in cities are in better situation, than young people in village or in a small town, because young city- dwallers can go to clubs, discos, and spend their leisure time. They have also more opportunities to meet someone.

However living in a big city have some disadvantages. Havy traffic is big problem. Fumes emitted into the atmosphere polutte the air and many city-dwallers suffer from serious medical disorders. Moreover there are many car accidents every day and the noise never stops. There are many cars and it is difficult to find a parking place especially in the centre. In addition the crime rate in cities is very high.
Summing up, in spite of all these disadvantages, living in a city is more exciting, interesting and never dull for me.

I like living in the city because although its very loud but i can do lots of things like eat many delicous food, watch tv, play soccer with out worry to fall into a pond ori can go shopping anytime.

As you know, internet brings us lots of things that the news or book doesn't mention it. Firstly, it helps us improve our knowledge of about the things around us. There are also millions of videos on sites like YouTube that help explain various topics and even online courses that can be taken to help teach you about many different subjects. Secondly, it also help us expanding the relationship through the internet like Facebook, games, Instagram, ...Thirdly, with the help of GPS technology, the Internet can help map and direct you to almost every place in the world. You can quickly route to your location or find businesses in your area that may sell or provide you with a service you need. in short, In conclusion, the internet has a great contribution to our lives when we use it appropriately.

There are a lot of things in the countryside and I will tell you something about it. As you know, the air in the countryside is very fresh and the sky is vast here. There are no buildings to block the view. Country folk are more friendly than city folk. I know everybody in my village. But in the countryside, the entertainment centre is far and some house don't have wifi, the things that everyone in the city need. the contryside has benefits that a boring person would ever discover.

My hobby is reading book. I started this hobby two years ago. My cousin loves book, too. She has a lot of interesting book and I often borrow them. Reading is such a good habit which healthy for your brain and keeps your brain functioning actively. Reading is a wonderful way to keeps you relax and happy. For me, there is nothing makes me happier than to have a stack of books on my nightstand to attack on a night when there is no alarm clock waiting the next morning.  It’s the great source of enjoyment, inspiration , instruction, and knowledge. Reading book can make us disciplined, punctual, loyal and most importantly a very successful person in this life. While reading books, noone can feel disturb or alone. I think this hobby is more precious than other precious stones in the world. It can provide us noble thoughts, ideas to work in many fields and high level of knowledge. Interesting and knowledgeable book is best friend of the someone who s to read.

Each summer vacation, I am taken to the countryside by my parents so as to relax after a hard working term. I really like the life here because of some reasons.Environmentally speaking, it is a peaceful place. The air is fresh. The space is quiet. I can enjoy healthy natural conditions without worrying much about environmental pollution.As for social security, the countryside is a safer place than a city.There are many gardens, rivers here. We can grow vegetables or chickens, fish,... on our own. The local are very kind, generous and friendly. They are willing to give directions to strangers and help each other in difficult times. Whenever we are away, we can relievedly ask our neighbors to keep our houses and children . Moreover, rural life is also easier that in cities. People in cities are easy to get stressed because of pollution, job pressures, competitions, etc ... On the contrary, those bad things are very rare in the countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better residence than cities.

To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry. Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into some kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother usually cooks spring rolls for me, especially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, I feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me. To me, they're like the most special dish in this world

My favourite drink is orange juice. I usually have it in the morning. My mom made it for me so that I'm very this. I often drink this juice after dinner. I drinking it very much because it's not only good for my health but also protect my skin. I think I will keep this hobby in the future.
