A healthy lifestyle plays an important role in our daily lives. Actually, a healthy lifestyle includes a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stable relationships.

Firstly, you should eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Remember not to skip breakfast because it can help you get through the day. You should also drink a lot of water because it helps your body filter blood well and keep your skin healthy. You should also eat fruits and vegetables. Those food groups contain necessary vitamins. They are good for your digestion.

Secondly, spend at least thirty minutes a day on physical activities. Regular exercise not only improves your health but also prevents some diseases. Besides, it can make you look younger and slimmer. It also helps you reduce stress. Try to exercise every day and never skip exercising for two days in a row.

Thirdly, you should maintain good relationships with people around you: your friends, parents, or neighbors. Thanks to the relationships you hold, you won’t feel lonely or stressed.

In conclusion, keeping fit and staying healthy is an everyday task, starting from the moment we get up to the time we go to bed. Eating sensibly, exercising, and having good relationships will offer you a high-quality life.

All of the special holidays in my country, I like Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, Everyone prepares many things and decorates their house. I plant a lot of flowers in front of my house and buy many things such as clothes, foods ...

Besides, most of the streets also are decorated beautifully with colorful lights and flowers. During Tet, I spends more time on visiting my relatives, friends and colleagues. Especially, I give to each other the best wishes for the new year. Tet is an opportunity for children receive lucky money. There is a funny thing that people try to avoid argument or saying any bad things at Tet. I love Tet holiday!

Tet holiday is one of the most famous traditions of Vietnam. The festival is calculated according to the lunar calendar, it usually lasts for around 3-4 days but I can get more days off from and study, so it is easy to understand why everyone in Vietnam expects this festival so much Tet holiday is an occasion to everyone to have a reunion. Vietnamese people usually use apricot blossom and peach blossom to decorate the house. In lunar new year, perhaps the most important thing is “lucky money”, the adults always give it to children with with the hope that it will bring luck and happiness to those kids. It is also a great time to make plans for the upcoming year.

The health is very important with our life. Many people said that " Having a good health is having every things". And the truth, if you haven't got a good health, you will not have perfect happiness in family, life and career. So that, It's necessary to keep your fit.
There are hundreds of thousands of way for you keep your fit. But in my opinion, you can notice some following point:
+ You should do morning exercises or play sport as ride bicycle in fresh air. Riding bicycle helps to reduces polluted environment too.
+ You should have a good diet, eat enough the nutriment. Always have breakfast ( The nutrionist proves that breakfast is the most important meal per day). You should have meal in time. The best time to have lunch is about 11am to 12am, and for dinner is about 6 to 7pm. You should eat less meat, especial beef, turkey, fork...and should eat a lot fruit and vegetable, salad, fish; should drink a lot water, about 1l to 2l per day. Don't smoke and drink strong wine.
+ You should breathe fresh air, away from polluted areas.
+ You should have sufficient sleep, at least 6 hours per day, not stay at late. I deal sleeping is about 11pm.
+ You shouldn't work too hard, reduce the pressure, prevent from stress.
+ You should keep yourself and your home, especially your room lean, tidy.
+ You should see the doctor regularly periodic examine.

Nowadays , keeping healthy very important . With the high living standard , our health is worse . So that , we have to have a way to improve our health . With me , to keep healthy , the first thing is doing exerise , it helps me more comfortable , help me stay in shape and make my body more thin . Not only doing exercise , we also have to eat full , we should eat more fruit, fish and eat less meat . Because if we eat too much meat , we will be fat and won't be good for our health .

Health plays an important role in a person’s life as good health supports us to live life to the fullest with what people desire to do. Therefore, they need to have a green lifestyle to stay healthy .I need to eat healthily. Healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, etc., are an important part of keeping my body nutrition at its optimum. Processing fatty and sugary foods don't give the immune-boosting protection that healthier food does. Sugary foods can decrease immune function.Exercise regularly. Exercise has enhancing immune-system that can help ward off illness . Stress reduction is significantly helpful to improve people’s health. Stress has a negative effect on mental health and the organs in the body, causing the body to be susceptible to disease. Therefore, people need to minimize or even relieve stress. Besides, people should experience more joy in life, making their mood happier and more comfortable. This certainly results in a healthier body.In conclusion, health is extremely important and valuable to everyone; hence, it is necessary for people to maintain a balanced lifestyle to keep good health.
