Badminton is my favorite sport. I play it with my friends in my spare time, maybe about twice a week. I often play with my best friends or sometimes with some other friends. Playing can make this relationship more intimate and I really like it. Actually, you can play it anywhere with a racket and a badminton. The badminton ball is made of goose feathers attached to a small piece of the cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They typically weigh between 90 grams and about 110 grams. Badminton hits can travel 260km per hour. I really enjoy playing badminton, because I can improve my health through playing it. Also, it makes me feel energetic every day. I thought that without badminton I would definitely feel sad without badminton.

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young.
I don’t like sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d like to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun
