Bản thân mỗi con người ai cũng có lối sống, phẩm chất, năng lực... khác nhau. Nhưng điều đó được thể hiện ra bên ngoài khác nhau. Có người quá tự ti luôn nghĩ năng lực mình thấp kém, có người thì tự phụ nghĩ năng lực mình hơn nhiều người khác. Đó là hai căn bệnh có ảnh hưởng đến học tập và công tác.

Vậy tự ti là gì và biểu hiện của nó như thế nào?. Tự ti là tự đánh giá thấp mình nên thiếu tự tin trong công việc. Tự ti hoàn toàn khác với khiêm tốn. Khiêm tốn là nhún nhường, không khoe khoang. Khiêm tốn là một đức tính tốt, giúp người ta được lòng mọi người, được mọi người ủng hộ nên rất dễ thành công trong công việc. Ngược lại kẻ tự ti thương không dám tin tưởng vào năng lực, sở trường sự hiểu biết, kiến thức của mình. Họ nhút nhát thường tránh xa những chỗ đông người. Không dám mạnh dạng đảm nhận trách nhiệm được giao. Vì thế họ thường lo sợ thất bại nên họ phải chịu nhiều hậu quả đáng tiếc. Vì sợ thất bại nên họ thường không có sự mạnh dạn trong công việc nên không bao giờ họ thành công. Vì tính nhút nhát tránh xa chỗ đông người nên họ rất ít bạn và không nhận được sự giúp đỡ của mọi người khi thất bại. Những kẻ ti thường nhút nhát không dám đảm nhận công việc, làm ảnh hưởng đến tập thể chung và bản thân...

Còn tự phụ là gì và biểu hiện của tự phụ như thế nào. Tự phụ là thái độ đề cao quá mức bản thân, tự cao tự đại đến mức xem thường người khác. Tự phụ hoàn toàn khác với tự hào. Tự hào là niềm kiêu hãnh, hãnh diện về bản thân vì đã thành công, niêm vui sướng hạnh phúc khi giúp ích cho bản thân. Ngược lại kẻ tự phụ luôn tự đề cao quá mức bản thân nên rất dễ bị xa lánh, chủ quan và thường bị thất bại trong công việc kể cả học tập. Người tự phụ luôn tự cho mình là đúng ở mọi việc thì họ không bao giờ nghe những ý kiến của người khác để khắc phục thường hay bảo thủ. Khi làm được việc gì đó lớn lao thậm chí tỏ ra coi thường, lên mặt với người khác, tự cho mình là giỏi giang. Những tính xấu này thường có ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến bản thân làm họ bị mọi người xa lánh tẩy chay, chủ quan nên dẫn đến thất bại, bảo thủ không nghe ý kiến người khác để khắc phục bản thân, chia rẽ mất đoàn kết gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến học tập và công việc.

Thời gian rảnh buổi tối các bạn thường dùng để làm gì? Với mình, đó là chờ đợi để được xem chương trình ai là triệu phú. Đây là chương trình của Việt Nam, mua bản quyền từ chương trình của Anh. Nó được chiếu trên VTV 3 vào thứ ba hàng tuần lúc 21 giờ. Trong chương trình, mình thích nhất MC Lại Văn Sâm, bác là người rất vui tính là hóm hỉnh. Luật chơi rất đơn giản, thí sinh phải trả lời thật nhanh và chính xác, người xuất sắc nhất sẽ được ngồi trên chiếc ghế nóng và thử sức với với những câu hỏi mà chương trình đưa ra. Với mỗi câu trả lời đúng, thí sinh sẽ đạt được mốc tiền thưởng nhất định. Người chơi được sử dụng 4 sự trợ giúp là 50.50, gọi điện cho người thân, tư vấn tại chỗ, hỏi ý kiến khán giả. Những câu hỏi của chương trình đều rất thú vị, gây lên sự hồi hộp cho người xem. Mình nghĩ đây là một chương trình khá thú vị và bổ ích, nó cung cấp cho ta rất nhiều tri thức đa dạng, có chọn lọc. Cả nhà mình đều rất thích chương trình này, mọi người luôn quây quần trong phòng khách để xem chương trình, điều này khiến mình cảm thấy rất hạnh phúc. Trong tương lai, mình mong chương trình sẽ phát triển nữa và mang lại đến cho người xem những phút giây giải trí tuyệt vời.

There are a lot of activities that you can do in your leisure time. Some people are so tired of work that they prefer to use their free time just for resting and sleeping. Others spend their free time on their favourite activities. 

For example, they listen to music, play their favourite musical instrument, go on a picnic, take a trip, go to the nature and enjoy the fresh air, hang out with their friends, go partying, go shopping, visit their relatives, spend some time with their kids and play games with them, read and write, watch TV, watch movies or cartoons, go to the theatre, surf the net, cook, do some gardening, etc.  Some people me choose sports to enjoy their free time. Among different kinds of sports, I prefer basketball.

When you play basketball with your team mates you have a chance to get rid of all the negative energies that are piled up in you throughout work or study time. Your body is wholly involved. Basketball involves both your mind and your body. It’s an extremely physical activity, so that even your finger tips have to be strong. In basketball you need both stamina and speed to be a successful player. It’s not that important if you’re not tall. Your strength is of much more importance.  Both feet and hands must be strong. Even you need to be wise in this game. If you know where to stand so that your rival has a weak chance of blocking you, you’ll more successfully get close to the basket to shoot and score. Sometimes, by being wise and finding the right place to stand and block the rival saves your team.

Basketball is a team work and this is what I the most about this sport. You learn how to cooperate with other team mates. Sometimes, you need to sacrifice yourself by blocking the rival so that your team mate can find space to go to the basket and score. Passing the ball to other members of your team makes the chance of winning higher and higher.

All in all, basketball is so enjoyable and fun if you play it in a group, not individually.

Leisure time has become a crucial part of the modern life as this is the period for the recovery of the human body. Yet, the best way to use spare time still has to be determined as some people are interested in mind-improving activities while others simply wish to rest.

It is not surprising that a high number of people engage in activities that involve the mind. One of the reasons is that activities such as reading books or playing puzzles is helpful for them. For example, people can apply knowledge obtained from novels, especially detective novels, into the reality as these books not only entertain but also teach people to solve difficult situations. Another explanation for this trend could be that it helps people to escape from the boredom stemming from daily routines. The excitement and feeling of victory are indeed very useful in recharging the energy people need for work and life in general.

However, there also exist individuals who prefer a complete rest during leisure time. Perhaps the most obvious reason is that their minds are already heavily occupied during occupation, and thus, there is little energy left for highly intellectual activities. In fact, these activities could be harmful as people can surfer from stress and exhaustion. As a consequence, mind-challenging activities can result in reduced work performance and also quality of life. For these people, light activities such as listening to music or watching films could be a better choice.

To summarize, I am strongly convinced that the selection of activities during leisure time should depend on people’s own preferences and needs. Mind-improving activities and quiet resting are both useful in their own ways, and people should choose the kinds of activity that can help them relax the most.

  I'm writing to talk about my family rules. It's an interesting topic, isn’t it? It may be obvious that every family has it's own rules. Mine has a few, apart from our traditional rules, especially for this school year as I'm in the final year. First. I’m not allowed to watch TV, nearly any, except when there is a good or interesting movie or when I have finished all my homework and exercises. And my parents never let me stay up so much late at night. Next, my parents don't permit me to go out with friends without necessary reason; for example, birthdays or funerals. Besides, I have to take a balanced diet to keep fit for my coming exam. And one more thing I have to keep up is talking on the phone, that is I have to set a limit to my using of the phone.   Trang An was recognized as the world heritage site by UNESCO. According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Trang An Tourism Complex (Ninh Binh Province) was officially included in the list of the world heritage sites by the World Heritage Committee of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in Doha, the capital of Qatar on 23rd June. The Trang An Tourism Complex consists of three adjacent areas: The Hoa Lu ancient citadel, Trang An Eco-Tourism site and Tam Coc-Bich Dong natural scenic site. Accordingly, the Trang An Tourism Complex has achieved the cultural criteria. Trang An contains evidence of the interaction between human beings and environment and shows their adaptation to the conditions of geographical changes and the harshest environment in the history of the Earth. Regarding the criterion for aesthetic values, Trang An has picturesque natural landscapes including majestic mountains, mysterious caves, tranquil rivers and many holy temples, pagodas and sacred shrines. Up to now, Trang An has become the first complex in Vietnam which was recognized as the world heritage site for both criteria: cultural and natural values.
