Children are lovely creatures but can sometimes be naughty. They may not listen, do dangerous or annoying things to others. However, it is important not to criticize or dislike them too much - instead, we need to help and guide them. By discussing and negotiating with children, we can help them understand their mistakes and find solutions to problems. Also, children need time to relax and play. Therefore, instead of criticizing, we should help and guide children so that they can become good and useful members of society in the future.

It is often said: “Tell me what you are reading and I will tell you who you are”. For me, a good book is always a good teacher guiding me through life as well as a true companion encouraging me and consulting me in my desperate straits. In fact, interesting books are a source of invaluable knowledge to those who want to master everything they haven’t known before. Through masterpieces all over the world we can realize the whole outstanding culture and civilization of mankind in every aspect: literature, science, sociology, anthropology, technology and economics. Nobody denies the important role of good books in developing man’s knowledge. The more we read valuable books the more we become wise and experienced. By reading books, we can get rid of all prejudices and narrow-mindedness. We can no longer live in The Ivory Tower like a recluse and therefore we can get along with other people around us easily. Next, good books are true companions who always share our joys and sorrows in our daily activities. Are you in low spirits and disappointed in your affairs? Read wise advice through books by profound scholars and authors. Are you sad? Read subtle humorous stories of well-known humorists in the world. All your sorrows and disappointments will vanish at once. In summary, good books help us train our personality. I play a lot of sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, but my favorite one is soccer. It quite simple as the twenty two players of both team try to lead the ball into their opponent’s goal. However, there are some other rules that players need to follow in order to have a fair game. There is an offside rule which prevent players from running towards the opposite goal before anybody else. There is one main referee who has full authority to enforce the laws on the players. He has the power to stop the game temporarily to check on the players’ fault, to give a yellow or direct red card or to give a penalty decision. His decision is the final one, and nobody can argue about it even though he also has two or four other assistants. An international standard soccer field need to be 100 to 110 meters in length, and 64 to 75 meters in width. A domes standard soccer field is a little bit smaller or bigger, which is 90 to 120 meters in length, and 45 to 90 meters in width in provided that it do not become square. A soccer match consists of two half of 45 minutes each, and there is a small break of 15 minutes before both teams entering the second half. If there is no goal in that official time, they need to play for another extra time, which consists of two other 15 - minute periods. If there is still no goal in that time, the players then enter the penalty shootouts. There are five times for each team to score, and the one with the most scores becomes the winner of the whole match. Soccer can be known as the king sport, and people will never stop playing it.

My favorite sport is volleyball. I have been passionate about this sport since I was a boy. Growing up, I used to play with my friends after school every hour. We got together on the volleyball court in the school, then split into two teams to play. Every team tries to score points by hitting the ball over the net, and the ball must touch inside the field. If the team bounces off the pitch, the score belongs to the other team. Additionally, each team can get points when their opponent makes a mistake. I can name a few common mistakes when playing this sport such as: the ball hits the outside of the bounds, the ball hits the arm or the net, throws the ball away or catches the ball, … Volleyball’s intentions seem quite complicated, but we still love to play the sport. In the football today there are much more money involved, especially in sponsors. Many big and famous club have large stadiums with alot of fan all over the world. They can get a great number of billion US dollar from broadcasting copywrite every year and a big avenue from sponsors and advertising. That proves the attration of football. To me, I football because it's a useful, healthful, collective but competitive sport. I overenthusias air on stadium on each match. Anyways football always is the most favorite sport of mine.

Essay on my trip to Nha Trang city

My first visit to Nha Trang, a coastal city in Vietnam, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip.

Nha Trang, the Capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so attractive. Waves crashing onto the cliffs; the soft sigh of the sea breeze; clean white sands and turquoise waters; it all makes for a marvelous landscapes. It’s no accident that Nha Trang is often compared to a Mediterranean City. During my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance of breathing in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest among the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests. Tri Nguyen island is the location of an outdoor aquarium housing more than 400 species of fish, crustaceans and other marine life.

That trip, I spent the whole day roaming the Ponaga Cham towers. These ancient Hindu temples were built from the 7th to 12th century. Many of the sandstone statues from this time still remain among the red brick towers, typical of Cham architecture.

Nha Trang is the city in harmony: its fine weather, favorite position and friendly people bring it a certain balance. Nha Trang is a perfect tourist destination. As I left, I was reminded of one reason I the place so much. I hope to have chance to come back.

Hoi An is an ancient town down the Thu Bon River, on the coastal plain of Quang Nam Province, for about 30 km south of Da Nang City. Hoi An used to be known as the international market with many different names such as Lam Ap, Faifo, Hoai Pho and Hoi An is the most common one now.

What is special about Hoi An is that this little port town is in an incredible state of preservation. It includes some of the most densely-concentrated sights in Viet Nam with its old streets which are bordered with ancient houses and assembly halls, its pagodas, temples, ancient wells and tombs. In total, there are more than a thousand places of interest. The architecture in Hoi An is characterized by a harmonious blend of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese culture. After many centuries, Hoi An is still respectful of its traditions, folk festivals, beliefs and of its sophisated culinary art. Located in a quiet environment, Hoi An is surrounded by peaceful villages famous for crafts such as carpentry, bronze making, ceramic…

Researchers said that most of the buildings in Hoi An underwent restoration at the beginning of the 19th century, even if some of them might be constructed long time ago. The ancient architecture is shown most clearly in the Ancient Town that is located in Minh An Ward. It covers about 2 square kilometers and almost of all famous relics in Hoi An are gathered here. The streets are very short and narrow, having a winding, crossing as the chessboard style. The topography of the ancient town tilt gradually from north to south. The buildings in the old town are built mostly with traditional materials such as: brick, wood and no more than two floors. The trace of time is able to find not only on the architectural design of each building but also everywhere : on the yin-yang roof tiles covered with moss and plants; the old gray mold walls; the pictures carved on a strange animal, or describing an old story… Having inherited a multi-cultural architecture which is so varied and sophisated, Hoi An must have attracted numerous and talented workers in carpentry, ceramics, and woodcarving from China, Japan and other regions of Viet Nam.

For centuries, Hoi An had developed into a melting pot of various nationalities who came to the area, and brought along their own cultures. Accordingly, Hoi An features the co-existence of indigenous customs and habits and those imported by foreign settlers.

Title: My hobby is music!

Hobby is the favourite work or choice which borns spontaneously from inside of a person. It is very natural and unbiased from external influence. It attracts us with such an intensity as we  leave other more important tasks.

It make us obsessive to become besotted towards our hobby. Hobby is that which provide peace, happiness and ultimate satisfaction in our life.

Hobbyists should be careful to do their hobby related work in their leisure time only. Otherwise it would be a murderous to darken one’s fate. Therefore my suggestion is that  one must be able to judge the value of time in various phases of life. It has been noed that a student destroyed his carrier by devoting fully on his hobby of Guitar playing. Our and dis don’t  reflect our strength or weakness. There must be a fine balance between our lifestyle and performance.

Music listening is my hobby. Music is a common name that has encapsulated various kind of songs e.g. patrio song, religious, classical music, etc. The list is endless. My mother says, when I was at the age of seven years, I was more interested to listen songs. Also I showed reflection of singing ability in those days. Still at this age it fits to my nature. I love to listen songs because I feel a sense of accomplishment. I can isolate myself from the crowd and I can pass my time with full entertainment. It gives me new energy. It reduces my stresses. While listening music, I feel out of world.

I seldom hesitate to spend for my hobby. In past time it was a dream to have a good quality music system for me. On that time l prmished myself to buy a costly music system when I would get money. Almighty listened my wish and now I am blessed with such a level of earning that I can buy any music system to quench thirst of my hobby.

Why is music important to dairy life? Whether listening or playing music or watching a concert, music is important. Music can cheer us up, pump us up, help us to have a good time, or simply help us think… Whatever you listen to, do a little bit dairy. I’m speaking as a musician. Things in life inspire me to create music. The inspiration comes at most random moments. I make sure to carry a notebook around or some sort of thing to write on. So whatever you do, get involed in music. It can be, no, it will be a life changing experience.

When I was younger, I didn’t have the great love for musical as I do now. I mainly listened to whatever was playing in the background or what my parents were listening to. I didn’t have much of a care for musical compositions. There was sometimes a little bit of pop music thrown in to the mix here and there, but that’s really all I liked back then. Whether I was in the car, the house, or anywhere else there was sure to be some Beatles, Buddy Holly, or the Dubliners constantly playing somewhere in the background. At the time I didn’t care for that genre of music much, but now as I’m older, I enjoy it as it allows me to reminisce on memories from times of my childhood. Once I hit my teenage years music became my life and gradually started to inhibit my soul.
I believe music has the ability to convey all sorts of emotion. Whether the emotion is joy and happiness or sadness and despair through rhythms, harmonies and the lyrics music shows it. The song “A little bit longer” by Nick Jonas is such an emotional and inspiring song that when I hear it, I always come close to tears, especially when I watch it being played live. The effect that music can have on our emotions is tremendous, as it can bring people to floods of tears or bursts of laughter.
The musical images that music and song are able to create are amazing. Music has the ability to transport me back in time just like a time machine. It lets me revisit lost and forgotten moments in life. Songs can paint a picture, for example in classical and country music where a story is being told. The music in classical music tells a story without lyrics which is an immensely powerful thing. I feel that this applies to the saying “music imitates life and life imitates music”.
Recently song writing has wandered its way into my life. I believe there is no better way to express myself than through song. After a bad day, it’s nice to be able to sit down and write about it. It can make all your problems just disappear and float away. Listening to other musical artists that I like gives me inspiration. My guitar teacher also points me in the right direction and gives me guidance as I need it. I love to just sit with my guitar and make up random lyrics about past experiences or what I’m going through at the moment.
I started learning how to play the guitar last year and within the past few months I have fallen completely and utterly in love with it. Once I start playing, I find it extremely hard to put the guitar down again. It’s very addictive and can also be distracting sometimes. It distracts me from my homework since my guitar sits right next to my desk. Playing guitar is one of the only things in my life in which I don’t feel pressurized to do well in. I think this is because I have a great teacher and she doesn’t push me to the music exams.
This past summer my grandma taught me how to play the piano. I had always heard stories about how my great grandfather, her father, was brilliant at the piano. He would sit at the piano for hours on end playing different well known songs as making up his own little tunes. He had taught my grandma how to play and I felt it was about time that I learnt. So when I was staying with my grandma and grandpa during the summer, I asked her to teach me. She was delighted to and now it’s something nice that we can both do together and bond over.

I am a person who likes quiz questions, especially humorous questions. So I always watched the show “Nhanh Như Chớp” which was broadcast at 21 o’clock on channel HTV7.

Contestants will be invited guests, famous artists, and their challenges are trick questions, sometimes fun knowledge to win for their team. When they answer the question correctly, they will be up a step on a slope. If they answer incorrectly, they will drop to the bottom of the slope. The score will be calculated according to the number of correct answers for each member of the team. Players are not allowed to skip any questions and are required to answer each different question. That makes the show a lot more interesting.

This is a humorous, highly entertaining program that helps me relax my mind while learning new knowledge. That is also the reason why I love this show so much.

My high school is located in a small village of a countryside; therefore it is not very big and modern. There are only about one thousand students from grade ten to twelve studying in 16 classrooms, and we have go to school at different hours in a day so there will be enough rooms. Around the school is an empty grass field which will soon be projected as a part of our school, and we hope our little sisters and brothers can have a bigger and more comfortable school to study. The gate is very old and rusty, but it can still keep the students from running outside of the school during break time. Next to the gateway is the parking lot where we park all of our bikes. There are many trees and flowers which have been planted through many generations of students, and today we still keep on planting more of them to have a greener space. Those trees bring a lot of shades to us, which also provide us an ideal playground on break time and after school. There is a small soccer field in the corner, and most of the time the boys have to fight in order to play on it. We do not have a room specialized for studying sports, so we spend our Physical education class right on the school yard. The walls are painted in a light yellow color, but some parts of them had become flaked off due to the impact of time. Despite being old, my school is always clean and tidy thanks to the effort of both students and teachers. We try our best to keep the school as a healthy and friendly environment for everyone. It is not the best school someone can find, but it is still the beloved place for many generations of students include me.
