I feel lucky myself when I was born in a happy family with 4 people. They are my  parents, my younger brother and me. My father is 53 years old. He is as a bread-winner in my family so he has to work hard to feed us. Although he is almost busy all day, he usually spends time to teach me and my younger brother many things in  life. My mother is a farmer. She is 48 years old. She cooks very well. My family to eat whatever she cooks. She always desire to support us in a well-fed family. But my mother did hire an old house maid who is very careful and nice to take care of me and my brother while she is busy at work. We always look forward to receiving mother’s gifts after a flight. Left all the mess behind, my mother becomes a strong woman that she couldn't even imagine before. About my younger brother, he is the most mischievous person that I have ever known. Last semester, my brother’s teacher came to see my mother three times a week to complain about the things that he had done. However, he is very good at swimming. In addition, he is one of ten excellent students in school. That’s why my mother is always tolerant of his bad behaviours. In the opposite of my brother, I am quite staid and taciturn. But we are still very close and think about each other as a best friend. That makes my mother so happy. Now, I am no longer at home, I moved to Ho Chi Minh 2 months ago to study at university. I miss my mother, my brother and even my house maid so much. No matter how far I am away from home, my family is always in my heart because “family where life begins and love never ends”.

My father is an engineer at a construction site near my home. My father is very busy. He usually had to stand outside all day. So he has a tanned skin. I’ve always been proud to be born into my family. One of the things I am most proud of is the carpentry tradition. My family has been a carpenter for three generations. Also, since childhood, I have seen many beautiful wooden products. To be able to create those products, it must go through many different steps. First, my dad will choose the type of wood and their size. After that, my dad will measure and cut the pieces of the wood to match. Next my dad will shape the wooden pieces. Once the wood pieces are finished, my dad will paint them with beautiful colors. I love watching my dad work. When I was growing up I wanted to continue the work my dad was doing. From there, many beautiful and useful wooden products can be created.
