My family consists of four people. There are my parents, my brother and me. My father is an engineer . My mother is a housewife. My brother is a student, and I am a police.
We get up at 6 o’clock every morning. After breakfast, I and my father go to work, my mother does the housework and my brother goes to school.We have lunch at noon and dinner at 7 p.m. In the evening after dinner, we sit together in the living-room talking or watching television for about an hour. Then my brother and I go to our own rooms.
My family is a very happy one. We love each other very much and expect to live together under the same roof forever.

I have a younger brother, his name is Trung; and he is 7 years old. He is a small boy with a big bright pair of eyes and curly hair. This look makes him seems very smart, but in fact he is a very playful boy who spends most of his free time hanging around and playing tricks on people. I have an important mission to look after him, and I have a feeling that half of my life just to chase after him and get what he just takes from other people. Despite being naughty sometimes, he is still a good and sentimental boy. His favorite one in our family is my grandmother, because she is the one to protect him whenever he is being scolded. He loves spending time staying around her just to watch her sew some clothes or take a nap with her. His favorite things to do are playing games on the Ipad, collects picture cards from famous cartoons, and drawing on my bedroom wall. He is a pretty smart boy, but he still does not know how important school is since he is just one year into elementary. I try to teach him the alphabet and some simple tasks with numbers, but he always tries to finish the studying hours as quick as possible so he can run outside and play. I think he needs more time to get use to school, and I hope he will become a good student once he realizes how much essential the school is. He still has a long way to go before him, and I feel the need to teach him everything and experience that I know. I love him very much, and I will always support him on his future path.

Vietnam is famous for its several holiday and festival, especially Tet holiday. It takes place from the first day of the first month of the lunar calendar until at least the third day. Although occurring in short period of time, it is believed to be the most important and popular holiday in Vietnam. There are many special food are made so as to prepare for Tet meal such as: sky square cake, Vietnamese sausage, sky rice and jam. The food is thought to reflect Vietnam’s habit and custom as well as Vietnamese’s lifestyle. Besides, the meal has other dishes fish, vegetable to show the hope for a successful and prosperous new year. In term of customs, children’s receiving red envelop from the elder, visiting relative’s houses and going to church are popular activities. Giving lucky money is thought to bring children hope and health. Church is the symbol of peace; therefore, individual go there and pray for successive year. Traditionally, the house is designed with peach flower in the North and Ochna integerrima in the south part of Vietnam. Besides, the house as well as town are clear, decorative and beautiful as all are ready to start a new year. People have cozy atmosphere and enjoy joyful time with their family’s members. It’s high time for people living at different parts of country gathering and spending time together. Tet is a chance for one to come back home after many stress and pressure of studying and working environment. Tet is not simply a holiday, it is culture and habit of Vietnamese since its deep meaning is sacred and important. All in all, Tet includes not only joy but also long-standing event in people’s soul as it helps one grow up through experience.

Ngoài ra, nhà và đường luôn sạch sẽ, và đẹp đẽ bởi vì tất cả đều sẵn sang cho một năm mới. mọi người có không gian ấm cúng và khảong thời gian vui vẻ với các thành viên trong gia đình. Đây là thời điểm để mọi người sống ở mọi miền đất nước sum họp và dành thời gian cho nhau. Tết là cơ hội để mọi người quay trở về nhà sau những áp lực và căng thẳng từ môi trường học tập và làm việc. Tết không chỉ là một ngày lễ thong thường, nó là văn hoá à lối sống của người Việt bởi vì ý nghĩa sâu xa của nó rất thiêng liêng và quan trọng. Nhìn chung, tết không chỉ mang đến niềm vui mà còn là ngày lễ lâu đời vì nó giúp con người trưởng thành qua những trải nghiệm

My beloved family has four people; my parents, my sister and I. My father runs his own shop at our house. His shop sales many different kinds of plants, and I love to help him taking care of them. Every morning, he wakes up early to water the trees before taking me to school. My mother is a teacher, she teaches at our local secodary school. She is an example of a beautiful and strong woman since she can perfectly balance between work and family. She always takes time to make breakfast for us before going to work. Although my father also cook dinner sometimes, I am only in love with her delicious food. My older sister is now studying at university, therefore she lives apart from us. The last person in my family is me. I am studying in the second year of Business Administration major at Hong Bang University. My schedule is changed frequently and I am also trying to get a scholarship to study abroad in Canada next year so I don’t spend much time to my family. But any time when I am free I try to help my mother in household chorces and take care of my sister. In my family, each person has a different responsibility but we always stand together to enjoy happiness moments, overcome the difficult time and solve the problems.
