a: \(x^2=2\)

=>\(x^2=\left(\sqrt{2}\right)^2\)

=>\(x=\pm\sqrt{2}\)

b: \(x^2=9\)

=>\(x^2=3^2\)

=>\(\left[{}\begin{matrix}x=3\\x=-3\end{matrix}\right.\)

c: \(\left(x-\sqrt{2}\right)^2=2\)

=>\(\left[{}\begin{matrix}x-\sqrt{2}=\sqrt{2}\\x-\sqrt{2}=-\sqrt{2}\end{matrix}\right.\Leftrightarrow\left[{}\begin{matrix}x=2\sqrt{2}\\x=0\end{matrix}\right.\)

d: \(4x^2-1=0\)

=>\(4x^2=1\)

=>\(x^2=\dfrac{1}{4}\)

=>\(\left[{}\begin{matrix}x=\dfrac{1}{2}\\x=-\dfrac{1}{2}\end{matrix}\right.\)
