-my favourite Food:

Hello eveyone, 

I'd to tell you about my favourite food. It's beef noodle. It's made if rice, beef, and many kinds of herbs. I usually eat beef noodle in the morning. My favourite restaurant is Cuong Noodle. It's a small restaurant located on Tran Hung Dao street in Ho Chi Minh city. Whenever i eat beef noodle, it always makes me have a special taste. Hanoi capital is famous for beef noodle. What's more, it's also well-known for a lot of delicious foods. For example Omai, frilled rice... 
At home, my mother makes beeff noodle very well. She often makes it when my family get toghether. We enjoy the happy time when we have beef noodle at home.

My favorite drink:

I most of drink! But my favorite drink is fruit juice because I fruits. They are healthy, fresh and delicious! Especially, I minute made which is made 100 % of fruits. It costs 120 yen. It is little expensive, but it is so delicious and healthy. My father s too. I want to have it now. Have you ever drunk it? If you have never drunk it, I want you to drink it! I recommend you it! Recently, I tea because my friends and my father it very much. I am influenced by them. I didn't tea until high school student. But now, I milk tea, apple tea and fruit tea. I am glad to be able to have it.

-My favorite sport:

My favorite sport is playing badminton. There are four reasons why I it. Firstly, I can improve my health through playing it. I play it about 2 times every week. It makes me feel energe everyday. Secondly, I enjoy the feeling that badminton flies in the air. I can change the movement direction of badminton without much effort and make opponent lose it. Thirdly, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with many kinds of persons. We can improve our skills with exercises. Also we talk about many interesting things when we have an break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball and soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. So If you playing badminton, please feel free to contact me. I think we can exchange experiences and make friends.

There are plenty of traditional foods in Vietnam. But my absolute favourite is Spring Rolls – the only one I can never refuse no matter how full I am. There are two common names of this food; those are ‘nem ran' in northern and ‘cha gio' in southern Vietnam. Its main ingredients include pork, eggs, carrots, green onions, mushrooms, glass noodle and some seasonings. All are minced and mixed well, then rolled in a rice paper and deep-fried to golden brown. Actually, I know how to make this food, but it's a shame I can't make it well. The best spring rolls I've ever had are my mother's. She seems to have magic to make her spring rolls very tasteful. She knows that I'm addicted to it so she often makes for me. My mother often makes long rolls, then cuts into three or four and places some herbs on the top – It is very eye-catching. I think the best way to enjoy its incredible flavour is having it when it's hot and crispy with some kinds of vegetables, for example, lettuces, basils and mint leaves. And the essential part is the sweet and sour sauce with lots of chilies and garlic. All of these make it absolutely delicious.

My favorite sport is badminton. I playing it because I think it is a good sport. Every sport will make people feel hot and uncomfortable, but when you play badminton, you will be comfortable because in the badminton court, there are many air-conditioners.

I usually play badminton on Sunday. I always play with my friend, Linh. She is good at badminton. But I am not very good at this sport so when we play badminton, she hits the ball on my both sides. She makes me run and run, and I feel very tired. Sometimes I must jump high to hit the ball to the opposite side.

Although this makes me tired, I still always practise because I will be healthier and fitter than before. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport.

1.Hi! Everybody. What kinds of foods do you ? My favourite food is Pho. Pho is the most popular food among the population and it plays an importance thing in the spirit of Vietnamese people, especially the people who live in Ha Noi. Anyone feels hungry in a short time in the morning can also
enjoy a bowl of hot and spicy Pho to fill their empty stomach. Have many Pho but there are two main kind of Pho: Pho with beef and Pho with chicken. The ingredients of Pho are rice noodles and borth which is generally made by simmering bones, flanlsteak charred onion and spices, it takes several hours to prepare. When people eat Pho they can add some kind of thing such as chilli, peper,"dam"...I love Pho very much I can eat it everyday without boring. I'm sure that you do it, too. Wherever in Vietnam Pho is special food.

Vietnam is a tropical country. So there are many kinds of foods and drinks to choose. I all kinds of fruits such as avocado, mango, orange, apple, etc. But the drink I love most is avocado smoothie. This healthy smoothie is perfect for a breakfast, a quick snack, or whenever I need a healthy boost.  Avocados are high in fat, healthy type of fat. They also contain fat-soluble vitamin E, vitamin C. When I was a little girl I danced all the time. My mother put me in dance school  when I was 3 years old. My first dance dress was pink and it was love a ballet dress. Our dance group’s firts show was when we were 5 years old. We looked pinguis. In 9 years we have had a lot of dance shows. I have danced for 9 years in the same dance company. But now everyone has joined other dance groups.

When I dance I forget everything else and I focus only on danceing. It was relaxing and it makes me happy. I to take care of my body and dancing enhances your condition.

But now when I’m in Secondary school  I do not have time to dance. It’s so sad. I miss dancing . I hope that I have time to dance again day.
