The themes of the shows are usually about life in the country and Vietnamese folk tales. The colours and movements of the puppets in the shows are really interesting. The puppets are caved out of wood and painted with bright colours. The water and lighting give a great view. A show lasts about an hour. The performances are given by a group of talented actors and accompained by a traditional Vietnamese band.
