If it comes to a place that I like the most, it is Hanoi. I went to Hanoi last year. I am here with my family. We came here in the autumn so the atmosphere was quite pleasant. I really like the view of the quiet streets with falling yellow leaves of Hanoi. It reminds me of poems about Hanoi that I have been studying. But seeing it with my own eyes was able to feel its full beauty. We stayed at a hotel in the heart of Hanoi. I went for a walk with my mother. Great if you wake up early, take a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake and then enjoy coffee at a roadside shop. I must admit that the coffee in Hanoi is very delicious. Everything in Hanoi is available. What I like most is probably the people of this place. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Their warmth and kindness make me feel this place is extremely familiar. My family decided to visit famous places in Hanoi. First we visited Uncle Ho’s mausoleum. This place is very dignified. Then we stopped by West Lake to eat Trang Tien ice cream. In the evening, go back to the pedestrian street at Hoan Kiem Lake and visit the Cathedral. In Hanoi there are many delicious dishes but I cannot try them all. If I visit Hanoi another time I will enjoy more of its scenery.
It was a Friday morning and all members of the family got up quite early to get ready for the trip. We hired a car and drove for about two hours to arrive in Hai Phong province then got on a ferry to reach the destination. In spite of feeling a little bit tired, we got really excited when the beautiful coastline and sparkling blue ocean appeared in front of our eyes. We booked a family room in a 3-star hotel, which was pretty large and luxurious. The first activity we were so eager to experience was swimming. Unfortunately, the waves were too big for us to swim but it was fun to jump over them anyway. At night time, it was great to take off our shoes and wander along the coastline. The wind carried the distinctive smell of the sea, giving us a sense of peace and relaxation. Early on the next day, I woke up at 5 o’clock to follow my mom to the local market. We also hired bicycles to get around and explore the neighborhood, as well as find a souvenir shop to buy some gifts for our friends. On the last day in Cat Ba, my family took part in a small trip around Lan Ha bay by boat to immerse ourselves in the spectacular natural beauty here. The most interesting experience we had on the holiday was enjoying dinner on a boat. Eating fresh food on the sea when the sun came down really went beyond my expectations. After three days, we returned home but could not forget the great time we spent there. It was definitely one of the best memories of mine and my family members’.

Lần đầu tiên em đến Nha Trang, một thành phố ven biển đầy mê đắm, là vào một ngày hè ba năm trước đây. Đó là một chuyến đi vô cùng thoải mái và đáng nhớ. Nha Trang, là thành phố của tỉnh Khánh Hòa, là một trong những bãi biển đẹp nhất và nổi tiếng nhất tại Việt Nam. Nha Trang có nét đẹp tự nhiên vô cùng hấp dẫn. Sóng xô vào vách đá; gió biển thổi man mác; bờ cát sạch trắng xóa và nước màu lam; tất cả tạo nên một cảnh quan vô cùng tuyệt đẹp. Trong suốt chuyến đi Nha Trang, mỗi sáng em dậy sớm và đi dạo dọc bờ biển – cơ hội để hít thở trong không khí biển trong lành và thưởng ngoạn cảnh mặt trời nhô lên từ mặt nước. Một điểm thú vị đã thu hút em từ 3 năm trước đến tận bây giờ đó quần thể hải đảo nhỏ. Hòn Tre là đảo lớn nhất của quần đảo và đảo Khỉ nơi là nhà của hàng trăm con khỉ hoang dã. Đảo Yến nơi tiếng là nơi cư trú của hàng nghìn con chim yến. Nha Trang là một trong những điểm đến tuyệt vời nhất cho kỳ nghỉ. Em hy vọng sẽ có cơ hội để quay trở lại nơi đó trong dịp gần nhất.

My first visit to Nha Trang, the coastal city, was three years ago. It was a pleasant and memorable trip. Nha Trang, the capital of Khanh Hoa province, has one of the most popular municipal beaches in all of Vietnam. In Nha Trang, nature beauties are so tempting. Waves crashing onto the cliffs; the soft sigh of the sea breeze; clean white sands and turquoise waters; it all makes for a stunning landscapes. On my visit to Nha Trang, I used to get up early each morning to stroll along the beach – a chance to breath in the fresh sea air and enjoy the sunrise across the water. One attraction that captivated me three years ago and still it does is the collection of small offshore islands. Hon Tre is the largest of the islands, and Monkey island is, as the name suggests, the home of hundreds of wild monkeys. Yen island is known for its swifts’ nests. Nha Trang is one of the greatest holiday destination. I hope to have chance to come back.
