One of the most popular Vietnamese culture is food. From my point of view, I realised that most of the Vietnamese people have healthy eating habits and they’re also very strict about the food they eat. First, we all know that breakfast help us to start an energetic day, that’s also the reason that explains why breakfast is very essential. For lunch, Vietnamese people usually have some cooked rice, some broth and some chicken. Most of us skip the appetizer. For dessert, we have fruits. Personally, I think we have fruits for dessert is because it contains alot of vitamins and minerals. Last but not least, our dinner. Dinner is considered as the most necessary dish in the day. It seems to me that Vietnamese lunch and dinner is pretty similar, so we use kind of same food but for dinner, it’s more completed. I believe Vietnamese’s positive diet will absolutely keep us fit and simutaneously keep us mindful.
