= 1 \(\times\) \(\dfrac{3}{4}\)

= \(\dfrac{3}{4}\)

b, \(\dfrac{7}{12}\) \(\times\) \(\dfrac{3}{5}\) + \(\dfrac{3}{5}\) \(\times\) \(\dfrac{5}{12}\)

= \(\dfrac{3}{5}\) \(\times\) ( \(\dfrac{7}{12}+\dfrac{5}{12}\))
