Th2 : \(2x+1< 0\Rightarrow x< -\frac{1}{2}\)

\(\Leftrightarrow2x+1=2-3x\)

\(\Leftrightarrow5x=1\)

\(x=\frac{1}{5}\left(KTM\right)\)
