The weather in the countryside was very good. It was sunny but still cool because there was a lot of wind blowing. The sky was clear, the cicadas chirped all day. It was great in the countryside. Every morning, my grandfather and I exercise by walking to the fields. The sunrise was really beautiful. After that, I returned to help him pick up the straw broom.
In the afternoon, I and the children in the village went flying kites on the dike. The kites flying in the sky looked so beautiful. During the summer vacation, I was taught to swim by my grandfather. Every evening, my grandmother told me a story. The summer vacation ends, it’s about time I have to go back to Hanoi. I miss my grandparents and my time in my hometown very much. Mùa hè đến, mọi người thường đi chơi ở những địa điểm du lịch nổi tiếng. Còn tôi, tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ hè đáng nhớ tại quê hương. Sau khi năm học kết thúc, bố mẹ đã đưa tôi và em gái về quê nội chơi. Và thế là kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời của tôi được bắt đầu. Khác với Hà Nội, quê tôi rất yên bình, không nhiều xe cộ, khói bụi.
Thời tiết ở quê rất tuyệt. nắng nhưng vẫn mát bởi vì có rất nhiều gió thổi. Bầu trời trong xanh, những chú ve kêu ran cả ngày. Ở quê tuyệt lắm. Mỗi buổi sáng, tôi cùng ông nội tập thể dục bằng cách đi bộ ra cánh đồng. Cảnh bình minh thật sự rất đẹp. Sau đó tôi về giúp ông nhặt rơm chổi.
Đến chiều, tôi cùng lũ trẻ trong xóm đi thả diều trên đê. Những cánh diều bay lượn trên bầu trời trông thật đẹp. Trong suốt kỳ nghỉ, tôi đã được ông nội dạy bơi. Mỗi buổi tối, bà nội đều kể chuyện cho chung tôi nghe. Kỳ nghỉ kết thúc, cũng là lúc tôi phải quay về Hà Nội. Tôi rất nhớ ông bà và khoảng thời gian ở quê. Mùa hè năm sau tôi nhất định sẽ về quê.
