Traditional dishes in Vietnam are various, healthy because they are usually low in fat and high in fiber. One of the traditonal dishes in Vietnam is spring roll. It is a nutritious and delicious dish for a family meal or important parties like weddings or buffets. The process of making spring roll is quite careful and requires many ingredients but its taste is great and it is one the most beloved dish in Vietnam. People often enjoy spring roll with fish sauce. Vietnamese people often make spring rolls with different fills. The most popular and inexpensive recipe is usually a mixture of a kind of transparent noodles with pork. carrot, bean sprout, egg york, spices, onions, …… . people often chop pork, carrot , onions into very very small pieces and then mix them with egg yorks, spices, bean sprout and finally stir the mixture before dividing the mixture into smaller portions. After that people roll these portions into special rice papers and fry in oil. In the past Vietnamese people used to have spring rolls on Tet holiday in spring. That’s why they call the dish Spring Roll.
