Maria used to be very fat and one year ago, she decided to change her lifestyle. Maria didn’t eat big breakfast. She just had a cup of coffee. She didn’t eat anything until about eleven o’clock. Then she had a biscuit and a glass of milk. For lunch she usually had a salad. That’s at about two o’clock. She had dinner at about 6.30. She wanted to be a vegetarian, so she didn’t eat meat or fish. She ate cheese and eggs and things like that, She had a glass of water or fruit juice with her meal. On the weekend she went to a restaurant in the evening. She could get vegetarian meals in a lot of restaurants and pubs. She liked Indian food because it had a lot of things for vegetarians.
