Hi everyone, my name is Phuong. I will introduce my family to you. Our family has 4 people including my father, my mother, my younger brother and me. My father is an engineer at a construction site near my home. My father is very busy. He usually had to stand outside all day. So he has a tanned skin. However, one day he still spends time playing with me. My mother is a good housewife. Every day I can eat delicious dishes that I cook. Mother takes care of her family very well. Before I go to bed, my mother usually reads me a story. My brother is 10 years old this year. Very good boy. I often play with him in my free time so my mom can do other things. I love my family very much.

My family consists of five members. Grandpa is the oldest. This year, he is seventy-five years old. He is a retired government official. Next is my father. Dad is a famous doctor in the city. My mother is an English teacher. Both my father and mother are forty years old. The next member is me. I am eight years old this year. My favorite subject is Vietnamese. The youngest member of the family is Tuan Anh. I'm only two years old, studying at Sao Mai Kindergarten. I feel very happy living with family members.

There are four people in my family: my parents, my younger sister and I. My father is a 45-year-old engineer. He spends most of his time in the building sites. That’s why he has a tanned skin. As soon as he comes home, he turns on the television to watch the news, relaxes for a while and then he takes a shower. In case my mother doesn’t cook dinner yet, my father is very happy to join hands and help her. Talk about my mother, she is a 40-year-old primary school teacher. Every morning, she is the one who wakes up earliest to prepare the breakfast, clothes and necessary things for my father, me and my sister. After we leave home to work or study, my mother will have a quick breakfast and drive to the primary school. After school, she runs fast to the market, buys some fresh food and backs to home to cook lunch. My father doesn’t come home at noon so only three of us eat and talk to each other during lunch. However, the lunch is still prepared very scrupulously. In general, my mother is a gentle caring woman and sometimes she is very strict. I have a younger sister who will be 8 years old next October. My sister is pretty, docile and hard studying. Every weekend, I take her to the park to have fun and we will buy some tasty ice creams. We are quite close and sometimes she makes me very angry because of her negligent habit. The last person in my family is me. I am studying in the second year of a Business Administration major at Hong Bang University. My schedule has changed frequently and I am also trying to get a scholarship to study abroad in Canada next year so I don’t spend much time with my family. But any time when I am free I try to help my mother in household chores and take care of my sister. In my family, each person has a different responsibility but we always stand together to enjoy happy moments, overcome the difficult time and solve the problems. I understand that there is nothing that is more important than my family. I love my parents and my lovely sister so much.
I’ve always been proud to be born into my family. One of the things I am most proud of is the carpentry tradition. My family has been a carpenter for three generations. Also, since childhood, I have seen many beautiful wooden products. To be able to create those products, it must go through many different steps. First, my dad will choose the type of wood and their size. After that, my dad will measure and cut the pieces of the wood to match. Next my dad will shape the wooden pieces. Once the wood pieces are finished, my dad will paint them with beautiful colors. I love watching my dad work. When I was growing up I wanted to continue the work my dad was doing. From there, many beautiful and useful wooden products can be created.
Tôi luôn tự hào khi được sinh ra trong gia đình của tôi. Một trong những điều tôi tự hào nhất đó là truyền thống làm nghề mộc. Gia đình tôi ba đời đều làm thợ mộc. CŨng chính vì thế mà từ nhỏ tôi đã được thấy rất nhiều những sản phẩm đẹp làm từ gỗ. Để có thể tạo ra những sản phẩm đó thì phải trải qua nhiều bước khác nhau. Đầu tiên, bố tôi sẽ lựa chọn loại gỗ và kích thước của chúng. Sau đó, bố tôi sẽ đo và cắt những miếng gỗ cho phù hợp. Tiếp theo bố tôi sẽ tạo hình cho những miếng gỗ. Khi đã hoàn thiện về hình dáng bố tôi sẽ sơn những màu sắc đẹp mắt lên chúng. Tôi thích nhìn bố làm việc. Khi tôi lớn lên tôi muốn tiếp tục những công việc mà bố đang làm. Từ đó có thể tạo ra được nhiều sản phẩm bằng gỗ đẹp mắt và có ích.
