\(=>2x+1-\frac{x}{3}=\frac{3}{2}:\left(-0,25\right)\)

\(=>\frac{5x}{3}+1=-6\)

\(=>\frac{5x}{3}=-7\)

\(=>5x=-21\)

\(=>x=-\frac{21}{5}\)

\(\Rightarrow\frac{6x+3-x+18}{3}=0\Rightarrow5x+21=0\Rightarrow x=\frac{-21}{5}\)
