\(=2x^2+2x-1\)

Để \(\overrightarrow{a}.\overrightarrow{b}< 3\Leftrightarrow2x^2+2x-1< 3\)

\(\Leftrightarrow x^2+x-2< 0\Rightarrow-2< x< 1\)
