\(=\dfrac{1}{3}\cdot\dfrac{x+16-x-1}{\left(x+1\right)\left(x+16\right)}=\dfrac{5}{\left(x+1\right)\left(x+16\right)}\)
Bài 2:
\(\Leftrightarrow a^2-2a+1+b^2+4b+4+4c^2-4c+1=0\)
\(\Leftrightarrow\left(a-1\right)^2+\left(b+4\right)^2+\left(2c-1\right)^2=0\)
Dấu '=' xảy ra khi a=1; b=-4; c=1/2
