\(\Delta=25-4\left(-3m+2\right)=17+12m>0\Rightarrow m>-\frac{12}{17}\)

Khi đó theo Viet pt có 2 nghiệm pb thỏa: \(\left\{{}\begin{matrix}x_1+x_2=-5\\x_2x_2=-3m+2\end{matrix}\right.\)

\(\left(x_1-x_2\right)^2=10\)

\(\Leftrightarrow x_1^2+x_2^2-2x_1x_2=10\)

\(\Leftrightarrow x_1^2+x_2^2+2x_1x_2-4x_1x_2-10=0\)

\(\Leftrightarrow\left(x_1+x_2\right)^2-4x_1x_2-10=0\)

\(\Leftrightarrow\left(-5\right)^2-4\left(-3m+2\right)-10=0\)

\(\Leftrightarrow12m+7=0\)
