a) Ta có : M(x)=x²+7x-8

=x²+8x-x-8

=x.(x+8)-(x+8)

=(x+8).(x-1)

M(x)=0 \(\Leftrightarrow\) (x+8).(x-1)=0

\(\Rightarrow\) (x+8)=0 \(\Rightarrow\) x=-8

\(\Rightarrow\) (x-1)=0 \(\Rightarrow\) x=1
