a) Ta có: \(A=-x^2+10x-2\)
\(=-\left(x^2-10x+2\right)\)
\(=-\left(x^2-10x+25-23\right)\)
\(=-\left(x-5\right)^2+23\le23\forall x\)
Dấu '=' xảy ra khi x=5
b) Ta có: \(B=-2x^2+2x+3\)
\(=-2\left(x^2-x-\dfrac{3}{2}\right)\)
\(=-2\left(x^2-x+\dfrac{1}{4}-\dfrac{7}{4}\right)\)
\(=-2\left(x-\dfrac{1}{2}\right)^2+\dfrac{7}{2}\le\dfrac{7}{2}\forall x\)
