According to what you hear, what qualities and skills are required as a server? Are they useful for any other jobs?

In my opinion, being a server is quite difficult because he/ she has to serve many people with different preferences and personalities. He/ She must have good interpersonal skills and be hard-working. It is a useful and rewarding job like others.
