Mà $x-2⋮x-2$

$\iff \{\begin{array}{c}4x+3⋮x-2\\ 4x-8⋮x-2\end{array}$

$\iff 11⋮x-2$

$\iff x-2\in Ư\left(11\right)$

$\iff [\begin{array}{c}x-2=1\\ x-2=11\\ x-2=-1\\ x-2=-11\end{array}$ $\iff [\begin{array}{c}x=3\\ x=13\\ x=1\\ x=-9\end{array}$
