If..MR LONG DIDN'T PASS THE SPEED LIMIT, HE WOULDN'T BE STOPPED BY THE POLICE ..

If MR LONG DIDN'T PASSED THE SPEED LIMIT, HE WOULDN'T BE STOPPED BY THE POLICE.

There is no-cream left
