                                               Bài làm

Many Vietnamese people today are using food in a very wasteful manner. It is not difficult to see the food tables in the restaurants are full, but there are many plates that only have a little bit of action.

In my opinion, there are two reasons, one is that many people suffer from the patient's presence, like to show off, afraid of being judged as stingy, stingy. Some of us Vietnamese people suffer from medical treatment and like to show their class and elegance. After eating, leave a little extra to be polite! Maybe the heart hurts as much when it comes to counting, but on the surface we have to try to smile like we don't regret the money. The second is an obsession with the difficult past, because a period of not eating enough, not warm enough. Vietnam has gone through many years of war, people are already accustomed to a life of poverty, focusing on the battlefield. After the liberation, because the country was slowly innovating, the lives of most of the people continued to be difficult and deprived. Today, economic development, increasing family income, has compensated for difficult days. Many people do not regret money for food and clothing. Eat a lot to make up for the hungry days. Stock up on food and drinks to avoid shortages of goods.

To preserve the leftovers, we should leave the meat and fish leftovers, not the leftovers from the vegetables. Overnight seafood should not be eaten. Leftover rice is best stored in a glass box. Leftovers must be allowed to cool before refrigerating, so wrap them in plastic wrap. Leftovers should be classified, separated and preserved. The time for leftovers should not be too long. Waste of food not only affects the economy and society, but also wastes land, affects biodiversity.

By the way, we have seen the consequences and harms of wasting food. Hopefully, each of us will recognize mistakes and correct mistakes for Vietnam to become a rich and beautiful country.
