Mở một file văn bản hay bất kỳ một file của các chương trình khác thật đơn giản, hầu hết các bạn đã biết cách mở file và còn biết cách làm thế nào để mở file sao cho nhanh nhất
từng bước sau đây: 1. Chọn File \ Open… (Ctrl + O): Xuất hiện hộp thoại Open
2. Tìm đường dẫn đến file (nếu cần) và chọn file
3. Kích đúp chuột trái vào tên file đó. Hoặc kích chuột trái vào tên file, rồi chọn nút Open. Lúc này màn hình MS Word sẽ mở ra nội dung file đó. Xin lưu ý: Với cách mở file như này có thể áp dụng cho mọi chương trình chạy trên hệ điều hành Window.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby. Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour. There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.
There are many aquatic sports such as: windsurfing, water polo, body board; however, swimming s the most famous. To my point of view, I love swimming for several reasons. First and foremost, swimming helps individual save oneself when being in dangerous situation such as drowning. Supposed you are in a holiday at a beach city, it’s better to know swimming as well as taking part in water activities. Second, there is a large number of people scare of water; therefore, learning swimming can reduce risk and their fear of water. Third, swimming is a beneficial and popular sport among ages. As there is an increasing number of swimming pools in city, more people go there and have a chance to swim. Besides, having a slim body is the dream of almost women. All in all, swimming brings us many outstanding advantages as well as benefits.
Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. It is played by children, adult and even od people as it helps to exercise our muscles. Unlike football, badminton needs a smaller area of place to play. All the 2 players have to do is making the ball pass by a net until it drops on the ground. Although it seems to be easy, it requires lots of practical skill and flexibility. Moreover, being good at badminton, one will be able to play other sport related to small ball such as table tennis. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.
