When I'm stressed, I usually go for a run. It helps me release anxiety and tension as well as keeps me fit.
As I'm quite busy, it's somehow inconvenient to join the gym with a fixed schedule. My preference is something flexible and easy - Running meets that. No equipment required, just my feet, and just myself!
Previously, I used to play badminton and do dance sports. But until now, running is the most durable to me.
There is nothing more exciting than spending every Saturday afternoon running or jogging at the park, I suppose.

I'm a student and I deal with a ton of violence every day, it's very stressful for me. But I've also found a way to do things when I'm stressed. That is listening to music, listening to music helps me relax my mind, study easily, and feel more comfortable when studying. It's like removing those annoying stresses from my head, I feel very comfortable when listening to music, it is also my hobby.
I also read books to relax when I was in primary school, but now, I like listening to music more, I don't feel headache or discomfort after listening to music. How about you?
Wow! It would be great if she jogged regularly every Saturday afternoon. It is very good for everyone's health, but we should only do it in moderation.
For me, my favorite day is Friday because I don't have to study Literature today because when I study Literature, she teaches a bit too much time 🤯 and I feel quite tired. (But I'm not lazy to study )

When I am stressed, I usually listen to music. Because music is considered as the most comfortable way to relax. Listen to music, I feel more relaxed and greatful. There is a list which includes some of my favorite songs on my computer. I also play computer games when I am stressed, but listening to music makes me more relaxed. Today is one of the most terrible day I have had, everything seems very awful, but with music, they are not much awful. And today is also a wonderful day because I have registered as a collaborator of hoc24.

When I'm stressed,I usually go to my garden.IT's just a small garden in my balcony but i grew many trees and flowers here.My favourite flower is Ten o'clock flower tree(hoa mười giờ).I have grew it 2 week ago.So then,it has many flowers with various color.It helps me relax and calm down.You should try it,at least one more time.You please imagine that you are in a green garden,around you is fragrant flowers ,birdsong.You will feel very very comfortable.Sometimes I turn on my radio,and....I dance follow my heart.I don't know how to dance but my heart guide me.It's fantasic!!!I think it's the best way to relax but i think try to not stressed is better at all.Have a good day guys!!

Because I have a lot of study time and a lot of homework for me, even doing housework makes me stressed. So how can I reduce stress? It's as simple as taking out some relaxation time and playing with stress relief toys like slime, squishy. I also go to youtube to watch funny videos. Or read useful books and play with your family. This summer is the most special summer, because of being affected by covid 19, most people stay at home. I started running about a year ago. At first, I just ran 1 or 2 kilometers, but I now do about 10. My speed is improving too. I have joined a running club in the town center. I didn't know any of the members before, but now most of them are my mates. My dad was a keen runner when he was younger - he was really fit, but he stopped when he hurt his leg. Actually, I need to order some new running shoes - just a simple pair. I don't think the expensive ones make you run faster!

I go skateboarding most evenings in the park. I suppose that's quite a lot, but the park is only a minute or two from our apartment, and I only stay there half an hour or so. Although I stay longer when my friends are there. Sometimes my cousin's there too. He's a beginner, and I'm teaching him a few moves. He's starting to get really good!

Two of my best friends suggested I should start rock climbing, so now the three of us do it together. The mother of one of them takes us once or twice a month, but I'd like to do it every week. When I started, I didn't know you need to get so much stuff - and it isn't exactly cheap! I really love it. I don't think I''ll ever get bored of climbing!
