How to live a Healthy life.
What are your ways to keep healthy?
With me; I'm afraid of being sick so after a week's study. I'm interested in doing something interesting to relax myself such as: playing sports, listening to music, etc.
In the morning, I often do physical exercise like walking, swimming, etc. On holiday or weekend, I go fishing, dancing or I go out for a picnic with my friends or my family in order to make my mind free from stresses, worries, troubles. Now, I am going to give some advises how to live a good healthy life. The first, I think that if you want to have a good healthy life, you must have a good life and you should improve the good relationship with other people. You shouldn't absorb unhealthy amusement such as: betting, gambling, games, etc.
The second, you should have a good diet to balance in eating and drinking such as: you must eat a lot of fresh fruit, vegetables and nutritious foods, drink fruit-juice. You shouldn't eat foods which are rich in fat, shouldn't drink beer, alcohol and you don't smoke.
The third, you must spend more time relaxing after study or work. Try to sleep enough hours.
Following all three of these steps every day could boost your good healthy life. It's not impossible to make your healthy life stronger.
