My hobby is sport. In many sports, I like playing badminton best. I like playing it because I think it is a good sport. Every sport will make people feel hot and uncomfortable, but when you play badminton, you will be comfortable because in the badminton court, there are many air- conditioners. I usually play badminton on Sunday. I always play with my friend, Linh. She is good at badminton. But I am not very good at this sport so when we play badminton, she hits the ball on my both sides. She makes me run and run, and I feel very tired. Sometimes I must jump high to hit the ball to the opposite side. Although this makes me tired, I still always practise because I will be healthier and fitter than before. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport.

Most people like sport, so do I. I like sport because sport is my favourite entertaiment in my free time. Futhermore, sport is good for health and it also help way of me to get rid of the work stress

My favourite sport is badminton. Because of four reasons.

Firstly My health will be improved though playing it. It makes me feel very excited and comfotable, so I play it every afternoon.

Secondly, it makes me more active in my life

Thirdly, I can make a lot of friends. We can improve our skills of playing badminton when we play with each other.

Finally, playing badminton isn’t as dangerous as: Voleyball, soccer…it is safe sport, not being hurt

In VN, Tien Minh is the most excellent badminton sportsman. He is nineth over the world in march in 2013. He is my idol

 

When I have freetime, I usually play badminton with my colleagues, One of them is Mr Thang, He is very good at this sport, but I don’t play very well, so when I play with him, He always makes me run and run, then I feel very tired. Although the game make me very tired, but I always like and practise it. I feel heathier and fitter than before

Badminton is a sport that is very popular and useful. Worldwide, there are many people who love this sport because it is fun, healthy, body exercise and recreation.Early in the morning, you can go to a cool place and the people you play badminton. That would probably be a spiritual remedy how tired drown your anxiety.You will also see incredible body refreshed without a tonic.The operation will then be more agile, more flexible. Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.
Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.
There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played.

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young.

I don’t like sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d like to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

Badminton is my favorite among all the sports that i know.Badminton makes me more healthy and more active in doing something that uses a speed and strenght.I think badminton is the most beautiful sports.It make me good as a healthy person because every time i play badminton my body feels good wholeday.It makeas you good also.And badminton have 2 equipment that you need only rocket and shuttlecock.I think that playing sports like badminton feeds my body to become healthy.Playing badminton is very interesting because every battle that you join theres a excitement but at the end of the game there is only one winner and losser.That badminton reminds me when my dad wants to teach me some technique but i always hit my enemy when the ball is not passing throught him because i,m trying to hit it.That badminton reminds me also the first gift that my father give me.The common in this sport is even it is not played always of the players they can easily remember it even they are not playing it all the times.The common in playing badminton is the more you play the more friends you got and a challengers come to have a battle to know if you are a great player.Having a sports is good because sports is more interesting than the computers,and cellphones that we use.Playing badminton can make your body have a good body strenght and active in everything.It can also help you to have a new friends and a new persons to teach how to play it.

My favorite sport is badminton. There are some reasons why I like it. First, I can improve my health by playing it. It makes me feel energetic everyday. Furthermore, I enjoy the feeling of the badminton flying in the air. During the game, I can change the direction of badminton with little effort and beat my opponents. Besides that, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with various types of people. We can improve our skills through discussion and practice. Also, we can talk about many interesting things when we have a break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball or soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. To sum up, playing badminton benefits a person not only physically but mentally as well. I usually play at least once or twice a week.

Badminton or Mark Bridge is used racquet sport played with two athletes (single game) or two pairs of athletes (doubles) players on the 2 halves of a rectangular field divided by a net in the middle. Players score points by bringing orb racket over the net and hit the ground with the other party in the courtyard of the opponents. Each side needs only one single touch to bring the bridge to the other side of the field. Swimming has been my favourite sport since I was very small. I learnt to swim when I was just 5 years old. Swimming is a very popular sport; furthermore, it provides individuals with several physical and mental benefits.

There are some reasons why swimming is popular. Firstly, swimming is a sport for all age groups; besides, it is a lifetime activity. People can learn to swim as young as 4 or 5 years old or as old as 60 or 70. All it takes is the right instruction and desire to get in the pool. Secondly, swimming is cheap. You don't have to spend much money on it. All you need is just a swimsuit that makes you feel comfortable and a goggle that keeps water from your eyes. Even though you have to buy an admission ticket, it is not so expensive. Anyone can afford to go to swim. Finally, swimming is one of the most popular sports in the world.

Besides its popularity, swimming is a good activity that provides individuals with several physical benefits. First of all, swimming is a movement through water using one's legs and arms that provides an all body workout. As all of your muscles are used during swimming, it is an excellent form of exercise. Moreover, swimming can also be very beneficial to your heart and lungs. After a few laps, swimming can help you cool-down, move blood through your muscles to help them recover. Swimming builds up muscle strength , so your body is kept in perfect shape.

In addition to its physical benefits, swimming is also an effective way to relax. Swim with a very low effort, let your mind wander, focus on nothing but the rhythm of your stroke. This form of meditation can help you gain a feeling of well-being. Furthermore, swimming is a wonderful recreational activity for you and your family. There are many outdoor games. However, among all the outdoor sports, football is my most favourite game. This game is famous all over the world. Football is a game played by eleven players on each side. There is one referee and two linesmen. In India football is played with great fervour. Even though we do not qualify for the World Cup matches, people here are quite passionate about this wonderful game. In Kolkata there are many football grounds. Among them Salt Lake Stadium is very big and well-known all around the world. I play football in my school. I am part of the school primary team. I am a supporter of Mohan Bagan Athletic Club, which happens to be the oldest club in Kolkata. I am also a devoted supporter of Brazil. Brazil won the soccer world cup for five years. Large number of spectators comes to see football matches. This game is a physical game and played mainly with the legs and head. Only the goalkeeper is allowed to catch the ball with his hands. Football, because of the thrill and excitement it offers, is my most favourite game.
