=> We enjoyed both the fresh air and the food in the countryside.

3- My mother reminded me to write her a letter every week. (forget)

=> "Don't forget to write me a letter every week", said my mother.

4- Learning English is not very difficult for us. (it)

=> It is not very difficult/easy for us to learn English.

5- All the arrangements for the journey have been made. (they)

=> They have reached/made agreements for the journey.
