William Shakespeare one of the greatest playwright and poets, was born on April 23, 1564 in the small town of Stratford-upon-Avon about seventy miles from London. When he was a small boy, he went to Stratford Grammar School.
Shakespeare lived in Stratford-upon-Avon until he was 21 years old, when he left for London. He was then married with Anne Hathawayand had 3 children.In London he worked as an actor and a playwright. He wrote a lot of famous plays like "Hamlet", "Romeo and Juliet" and "King lear",... The "Romeo and Juliet" was born earlier than other two plays. It was born in 1592. The " Hamlet" was born in 1600- 1601. The " King Lear" was born in 1605-1606.
In 1611, he retied. In 1613, Shakespeare left London and returned to his hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon. Three years later, on April 23, 1616, he died and was burried there.
