b) \(\left|2-x\right|+1=3^5:3^3\\ \left|2-x\right|+1=3^2\\ \left|2-x\right|+1=9\\ \left|2-x\right|=8\\ \Rightarrow\left[{}\begin{matrix}2-x=8\\2-x=-8\end{matrix}\right.\Rightarrow\left[{}\begin{matrix}x=-6\\x=10\end{matrix}\right.\)

Vậy \(x\in\left\{-6;10\right\}\)
