When people play sports, they are not only BUILDING strong bodies, but they also improve their health to RESIST a lot of diseases. Playing sport helps children to develop their bones and muscles, and it makes our hearts work better. In addition, if people play sports, they will eliminate a lot of unnecessary fats in their body. As a result, sports help people to prevent obesITY, A disease THAT is very PREVALENT in many developed countries.
