Badminton

My favourite game is Badminton. I like it because it contains mind and body exercise. It develops our mind focus. It is also a part time game. Badminton is a sport for two or four people. In this way, the game consists of either one player against one player or a team of two players against another team of two players. Players use rackets to hit a shuttlecock over a net. The aim of the game is to hit the shuttlecock over the net in a way that the other player or pair cannot hit it back properly before it hits the floor. Every time this is done, the player or pair gets one point. The winner of the rally gets to serve. The first player or pair to reach 21 points wins a game.The winner of the match is the first to win 2 sets. I play badminton every evening with my sister. When my friends come for a visit, I play badminton with them as my friends like it too. Playing an outdoor game gives us lots of benefits. That is why I love to play badminton. I chose Badminton as my activity in school. I love badminton very much.

In my freetime, I love to dance. When I was a little girl I danced all the time. My mother put me in dance school when I was 3 years old. My first dance dress was pink and it was love a ballet dress. Our dance group’s firts show was when we were 5 years old. We looked like pinguis. In 9 years we have had a lot of dance shows. I have danced for 9 years in the same dance company. But now everyone has joined other dance groups.
When I dance I forget everything else and I focus only on dancing. It was relaxing and it makes me happy. I like to take care of my body and dancing enhances your condition.
But now when I’m in High school I do not have time to dance. It’s so sad. I miss dancing . I hope that I have time to dance again day.

My favorite sport is badminton. I like playing it because I think it is a good sport. Every sport will make people feel hot and uncomfortable, but when you play badminton, you will be comfortable because in the badminton court, there are many air-conditioners.
I usually play badminton on Sunday. I always play with my friend, Linh. She is good at badminton. But I am not very good at this sport so when we play badminton, she hits the ball on my both sides. She makes me run and run, and I feel very tired. Sometimes I must jump high to hit the ball to the opposite side.
Although this makes me tired, I still always practice because I will be healthier and fitter than before. Anyway, I think badminton is the best sport.

Among my favourite sports and hobbies, I like swimming the best for several reasons. Firstly, I think playing in the water could bring great joy. It also helps reduce stress and I always feel refreshed and relaxed after swimming for about half an hour. Secondly, swimming is an excellent way to keep myself fit and healthy. It helps build up my muscle strength and prevent many heart and lung diseases. Finally, besides being a great sport, swimming is also an important survival skill, because without knowing how to swim well, it could be dangerous if there is a flood, or simply if we want to play near bodies of water. Many of such accidents have occured to teenagers lately. In conclusion, swimming will always be my preferred hobby because it is not only healthy and fun but also a life-saving skill.

Favorite sport is walking alone. Because it is less expensive sport, everyone can do it. Walking is very beneficial because it helps us on balanced rested and relaxed spirit. I usually go with him bbooj morning, her neighbor and going up to accompany the classmate. I love walking!

My favorite sport is cycling . I like it because cycling is the best means of transportation and exercise for three reasons . First , it is one off the safest froms of exericse . A daily bike ride will help inprove your breathing and gently increase your anergy . Cycling , thereforre , is suitable for people of all ages , but if you have any medical problems , check with your doctor before you start . Besides being an excellent form of exercise , cycling allows you to see the country as you ride your bike slowly throung small quiet villages or beautiful forest paths . Cycling iss also an easy , convenient and inexpensive means of transportation . Ride your bike to school and you never get held up im traffice on the way ! You will be in control , keep your teacher happy and be healtheir , too .

There are many sports is good for health, but mu favourite sport is badminton. I like playing it because I think it is a good sport. Every sport will make people fell hot and uncomfortable, but when you plau badminton you will be comfortable because in the badminton court, there are many air - conditioners.

I usually play badminton on Saturday and Sunday. I always play with my best friend, Nhi. She is very good at badminton, but I am not good at this sport so when we play badminton, she usually wins. She makes me run and run, I feel very tired. Athough this make me tired, I will be healthier and fitter than before. Anyway, I think badminton is a best sport.

Badminton is one kind of exercising that will make people enjoy it. It’s also good for our health. That’s why, I’m taking badminton as one of my hobby.
Badminton is a very easy game, everyone can play it. In fact, you can play it anywhere with rackets and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is made from goose feathers pushed into a small piece of cork. Badminton rackets are very light. They normally weigh from 90 grams to about 110 grams. The smash of the shuttlecock can travel up to 260km per hour.
There are six main shots: the serve, the clear, the drop, the smash, the forehand drive and the backhand drive. The court on which badminton is played is in the shape of a rectangle and is divided in half by a net. There are two or four players, each team is on each side of the net.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played.

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young.

I don’t like sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d like to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

My favorite sport is badminton. There are some reasons why I like it. First, I can improve my health by playing it. It makes me feel energetic everyday. Furthermore, I enjoy the feeling of the badminton flying in the air. During the game, I can change the direction of badminton with little effort and beat my opponents. Besides that, I can make many friends when I play badminton. I often play it with various types of people. We can improve our skills through discussion and practice. Also, we can talk about many interesting things when we have a break. Finally, playing badminton is not as intense as other sports such as basketball or soccer. It lessens the possibility of being hurt. To sum up, playing badminton benefits a person not only physically but mentally as well. I usually play at least once or twice a week.
