I think it's bad, very bad and an embarrassment for Vietnam. We need harsher rules and improved infrastructure FAST. Bribery should be harshly punished, traffic offences should also be harshly punished. Most importantly I think the government should spend more money on building up a proper traffic system
Traffic behaviour should also be taught to school children. And campaigns/propaganda regardingn traffic should also be spread so people are more aware and change their behaviour
I must say that the traffic in Vietnam is really very bad, and is getting worse!
