= \(4.\left(\frac{-1}{27}\right)-6.\left(\frac{1}{4}\right)+1\)
= \(\frac{-4}{27}-\frac{3}{2}+1\)
= \(\frac{-8}{54}-\frac{81}{54}+\frac{54}{54}\)
= \(\frac{-35}{54}\)
b) \(\left(3^2\right)^2-\left[\left(-5\right)^2\right]^2+\left[\left(-2\right)^3\right]^2\)
= \(3^{2.2}-\left(-5\right)^{2.2}+\left(-2\right)^{3.2}\)
= \(3^4-\left(-5\right)^4+\left(-2\right)^6\)
= \(81-625+64\)
= \(-480\)
