Hence and art and music may be optional but not compulsory.
Music and Art shall be highly beneficial to those who have an aptitude of learning art and music and aspirant musicians and artists.
Subject of Art and Music is very creative and one must learn it. Nevertheless the world is not composed of artists and musicians only, apart from this, everyone may not become artist and musician nor art and music form a base or constitute the foundation of academia.
