Well, now, I will describe a health problem that I had.

Last week, my school had a camping day. All of the students and teachers in my school can join this outdoor activities. It was a very happy day for me to play with my friends. But after that day, I had a sore throat and flu because I talked to much and I was under the sun without a hat. I would say that it was so terrible. I feel tired and weak. I can't do anything during that time. However, my mother give me some tips to feel better. I didn't drink cold water, I washed my mouth by salt water. Especially, I have to take a lot of medicines. It's very...horrible. Nevertheless, thanks to the medicines, I feel better now. I feel very healthy and I can do a lot of things again.

Hello everybody. Now, I would like to tell you something about my after-school activities.

Well, after school, many of my friends play sports at the school yard like: suttle-cock sport, volleyball, badminton... To be honest, I don't like playing sports, so after school, I usually go home. Sometimes, I go to my English extra class to study but not very often. After school, my father usually picks me up at 5.30 pm. When I come back home, I often find something to eat before the dinner because I'm very hungry after learning a lot of things at school. Then, about 6.30pm, I help me mother prepare the dinner. At 7.00pm or 7.30pm, I have dinner with my family. All of the members in my family gather in the dining room and they talk to each others, ask the others about their work, their health... I really love this moment because it is the time for my family to gather after a hard-working day.
