suy ra:

\(\frac{x-3}{x+2}=\frac{-2}{3}\Rightarrow-2\left(x+2\right)=3.\left(x-3\right)\)

\(-2x-4=3x-9\)

\(-2x-3x=-9+4\)

\(-5x=-5\)

\(x=5\)
